房間雖然小，但是很好住。
衞生間是乾濕分離的，用起來很方便。有膠囊咖啡機，還有行李架。和歐洲以及北美的酒店一樣，不提供牙具梳子。洗髮水、護髮素、沐浴露、潤膚露、洗手液全套是歐舒丹的。
超出預期的是，有開夜床服務！而且還送了片面膜。拿到那張帶中文的面膜，整個人大震驚😂

Es un hotel precioso y de primerísima calidad. El precio realmente valió la pena. La atención es amable y minuciosa, la habitación es muy cómoda. El restaurante, el bar y la cafetería muy buenos. Fue una estadía maravillosa en una ciudad encantadora.

Uno nunca se cansa de visitar Cuenca. Es una ciudad mágica para los nacionales y extranjeros. No solo la ciudad es atractiva también tienen la oportunidad de visitar sitios históricos y naturales. Parte de la magia es el Hotel Santa Lucia, tuve suerte porque llegué sin reserva y por ello solo pude hospedarme una noche. Pero suficiente para quedar atrapado por su belleza. Su personal, restaurante, el patio central, áreas de descanso lo enamoran para no irse. Pero también debemos ser honestos, el cuarto que me ofrecieron fue bello pero percibí un poquito de humedad al inicio que al rato el olfato se adapta. Algo para considerar. Le recomiendo el hotel por estar cerca de todo y se puede hospedar para cualquier ocasión. Felicito a los dueños.

My wife and I went for the weekend to Cuenca from Quito, Ecuador. The hotel is in a great location, service was excellent all around. Friendly and professional, helped with directions, reservations with restaurants, tour to Ingapirca and more. We walked everywhere from the hotel and Cuenca is a great city to visit.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The front desk staff was quick to reply to emails prior to arriving. I ate in the hotel restaurant, the servers were attentive, and the food was excellent. I had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served but they prepared a wonderful "to go" breakfast for me and called a cab for the 5 minute ride to the airport.

This is a gorgeous hotel. The property is unique, very well maintained, and in an excellent location. Breakfast was the best we had in our travels in Ecuador. Staff was super professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

This colonial hotel is in the perfect location if you want be in the middle of everything and close to everything. The service is top notch ! The staff is super friendly and the style and feel of the hotel is unlike others.
