My experience at Hotel Casas de las Rosas was not the best, I had several problems during my stay, starting with the Check-in process. When I arrived with my family to enjoy the Cuenca festivities, they treated us in an unpleasant way and the rooms we had reserved were not given to us (because of the overbooking of rooms due to the holiday), in exchange, they gave us a room for 5 people, which, despite being spacious, had the following defects: - Firstly, the discomfort of being in a room all together limited the personal space we were looking for. - There was a great carelessness in the cleanliness of the room (the sheets had traces of dust and the shower in the bathroom slightly heated the water). - In addition, a damp smell was constantly filtered from the withered flowers of the garden that was next to our room. On the other hand, at breakfast time, there was not enough space to eat comfortably, the tables were too small for families of more than 4 people, which made at least 2 people uncomfortable at breakfast time. This is why I consider improving customer service and reinforcing their cleaning methods for rooms with low turnover.
