I had a fantastic stay as this beautiful hotel! The staff were friendly and super helpful with directions and insider knowledge of the city. The hotel was just beautiful and very clean & the breakfast very delicious. It’s location is walking distance from the city center and all major sights. I look forward to my next visit and thanks to everyone in the hotel for their hospitality!

We stayed 4 nights at the Santa Lucia House-Forum. We hotel is located in El Centro a short walk from Parque Calderon, the blue domed “new” cathedral and great restaurants. Each morning Christina greeted us with hot coffee, fresh juice, fruit and cooked to order eggs and helped us plan our day’s activities. It is close to the Tranvia. The room was clean, nicely done and quiet( we were at the back of the hotel, off the street. The interior common area were spotless and comfortable. The rates were very reasonable, the hotel property was very nice and it was great value Kudos to Christina- We will stay here again-

Excelente atención, todo está limpio, la atención es de primera, está cerca de todo lo que necesitamos. Las habitaciones son cómodas, el desayuno es lo que se requiere para empezar el día, el personal es muy amable y ayudan en la estadía, si volvería y si lo recomendaría

Nosotros seleccionamos el Hotel Santa Lucia Boutique y no sabemos si booking nos cambió de hotel o el mismo hotel y nos alojaron en el Santa Lucia Forum que esta a 4 cuadras del que reservamos, Llegamos cansados al boutique y en ese momento en la recepción nos entrábamos qué nos cambiaron de hotel y al llegar al otro hotel Forum nos avisaron que no teniamos parqueadero ahí, si no en el otro hotel boutique del que veniamos primero, todo un relajo, nos tocó bajar caminando a esas horas de la noche. Quisimos cancelar pero la penalidad que te cobran es super alta, es un ocho de otra noche completa ( y no es económica) lo que recomiendo primero es que no pongas jamás una tarjeta de crédito en booking hasta que no estas segura del lugar, o sinceramente pienso que un airbnb es más barato y más cómodo y no hay sorpresas del lugar
