Antigua Casona San Blas

At this price, the hotel is fine, the service is good, the breakfast is plentiful, and its own courtyard is also very beautiful. The only drawback is that the hotel is built on an uphill road in Cusco at an altitude of 3,500 meters. , It is recommended to consider it when entering the hotel on foot, but the hotel provides free oxygen cylinders, which is still very good

Thanks to all workers, the service was great specially Lucio and Frank very cordial and helpful. The location of the hotel is in the downtown which is very convenient to museums, artesanal markets, restaurants, drug stores, and the Main Square as well.
JW Marriott El Convento Cusco

The best hotel experience for me in all of my travel. The saying you get what you paid for is so accurate. Yes, it’s pricey to stay here but boy is it worth it. This hotel is truly a paradise and oasis for your long day of traveling and hiking. First the hotel is beautiful and centrally located. There are so many activities and amenities that the guests can participate in the hotel. We did the hotel tour and interacted with the baby alpaca. Second, the room and the amenities provided in the room were so carefully throughout. The food during breakfast was great and there were varieties. But what truly make this hotel stand out for me is the staff. From the bellboy, to the front desks and the servers.. all the staff treated all the guests with care. We had an issue with our pickup at the train station (no fault of the hotel or us) but they were very apologetically about it and the staff wanted to make sure we were ok which we were. All in all., if you have the money to spend.. stay here. It was such an amazing two nights experience for my husband and I,

Palacio Nazarenas, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco

Note: This review is for the spa facilities only. As part of our Bellini Club booking of a 8d/7n Journey in Peru experience, we were offered 30 minute massages at this property. We decided to top it up with 60 min massages and so glad that we did! This property is located right next door to Monasterio where we were staying and very centrally located. An extremely serene atmosphere upon entering, the spa was instant relaxation. There is an ample size locker room with showers and a steam room, and a nice large waiting/relaxation area. Massage rooms were large and environment perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. Therapist and spa staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend booking a massage upon arrival in Cusco to help you relax and adjust to the altitude.
Hotel Monasterio San Pedro

My friends and I stayed here on a recent trip to Peru. The positive: The staff were extremely nice and accomodating. They have coca tea and oxygen on hand to help you adjust to the altitude, which turned out to be critical in my case! The stay includes breakfast (simple but lovely!) and the hotel is right in the heart of things - across the street from the mercado San Pedro, and just a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas. They have laundry service on site and the grounds are beautiful. The negative: the shower ceiling was full of mold, and while we were there it started raining...and unfortunately there was a leak in the roof so it started dripping on my bed in the middle of the night. I did inform reception in the morning and they were super apologetic.
