The hotel is in a good location, in the old town, six or seven minutes' walk from the Plaza de Armas. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to dissipate, especially in a closed room without windows. It is almost impossible to dissipate. The service is hard to say. I booked a superior room with a window and a balcony. When I checked in, I was told that the room was not available. I was given an upgraded room. It turned out that the ”upgraded” room was a fully enclosed room with no windows! I don’t agree, but the hotel said they had no room. The result of the “discussion” was to give me a free dinner. I had no choice but to accept it…

The staff in this place are the most considerate, friendly, and helpful people I have ever came across in a hotel while travelling. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. I had a light meal when I first arrived and it was very good. The only issue (I was reluctant to bring it up to the staff because they were so nice) was the shower having warm water and not hot water.

The staff was very attentive. Because the tour we were participating in departed very early, the hotel provided a packed breakfast to take away. The breakfast was great with water, drinks and fruits. I really want to give it a thumbs up.

The hotel does not have an elevator. Trip.com pay attention to communicating with the hotel. The windows of the back room type on the third floor of the old middle are very poorly lit by default. The window written in the selection room does not match the balcony bed stool and the area. After serious argue with the front desk, it was restored to the main room on the second floor.

Cusco stayed at this hotel for three nights. Easy to travel, good service
