There were two security men who watched the hotel and kept the garage safe. - Staff: The reception was on 24/7. The receptionists who were willing to advise us on many things to do and well-known tourist attractions in Danang was helpful and enthusiastic. - Surroundings: D&C Hotel was a bit quiet in daytime. Furthermore, it was close to the Night market, the Dragon Bridge, and the Love Lock Bridge, which was very bustling and dynamic by night. It took about 5 minutes to go to these places and I did not need to rent motorbikes. - Extra services: You feel free to rent motorbikes here.

They did not clean the room for 3 continuous nights even if we requested. The reception never be there cos they have to move among 2 other hotels. When you need them have we ride a bike to your property ~ 10min. We come from gas station and waited at the gate for 15mins for him to come over and open the door. They did not know where the towels are when i come to ask for some and there is no housekeeping for 3 nights (my family made a mistake extended 2 nights). The trash bin is full my mother have to empty it herself. In short, there is no-one there, it is all self-service! The manager whose name is Ngan Katy never apologised which means this is their standard. I did not even see her cos she never showed up just texting and i cant even call her. She said will meet the when check out to settle down but she did not showed up even i called her number many times. All she did is telling us they are not wrong and we must made a mistake. The first one I met there ms. Duy told lie that she did informed 2 days per clean up which they could not even did. Not to mention the policy said daily housekeeping on booking.com there were no compensation no face to face apologise and no towels. Bonus: there is a bar booming above your head at 3am!
