Amazing hotel, although a little pricey, especially as my rate didn’t include breakfast. The room is very comfortable h the view and the balcony are what really makes the hotel. The pool has a beautiful view but it’s very small and when you’re on a lounger there you’re very close to the other guests (only a few loungers in a small space)

The room is fantastic and looks exactly like the photos shown upon booking. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. As we booked the Sala Suite, the room came with perks such as free afternoon tea and premium breakfast lounge. The premium breakfast lounge allowed us to be able to enjoy great breakfast without squeezing with the crowd. The hotel is located near many spas and we visited the nearby Heart Spa 3 times in a row as their service is excellent! We are very happy with the hotel! Thanks for making our honeymoon a great one!

This was indeed, one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at in a very long time. The location is excellent, the facilities are top class, and most importantly, as a foreigner travelling the world, the staff were so friendly and most helpful. They assisted me with everything that I needed: From laundry, currency exchange, transport and even tours, the staff were more than happy to assist. I rate this a 5 star experience and will surely be back here again 😊👌🏼

I recently stayed at the haian Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that were both modern and comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotless throughout my stay. Additionally, the concierge team was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for things to do in the area and even assisting with reservations. Overall, the combination of a lovely hotel environment and outstanding staff made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend the Haian Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with exceptional service. Thanks to Hoang, Tahn, Peter, Yen Vy. The check-out process was smooth and quick. During both check-in and check-out, we were offered snacks and drinks while waiting, which added a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Sea view is great only during a sunny day. Since it’s the rainy season, we really appreciated the attentive staff, who always ensured we were covered with umbrellas whenever we arrived or departed the hotel, whether on foot or via Grab. Their thoughtfulness made a big difference in keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. Also thankful for staff for enabling us to have a few more complimentary water bottles.

This hotel is mostly catered to Korean tourists, they come by the a few dozen bus loads.  There will be hundreds of tourists lingering in the lobby at anytime of the day. The hotel itself is dated, shows its wear & tear.  The towels are thin and had its better days, even lower end hotel such as Radisson Red or Four Points DaNang have better towels than this Melia.  The windows are not very sound proof, so even at 31 floor, we could still hear a lot of street noises. I also stayed at Bay Capital Hotel, and they have much better sound proof windows.  When they did housekeeping, they threw the pillows on the floor when they changed sheets, so unsanitary.  I so happened to walk in when they were doing housekeeping. I complained, but they shrugged off. Would I stay there again? Probably not, Bay Capital or Radisson gives better services and value.

My stay at Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel in the Deluxe King Room was fantastic. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable king-sized bed and beautiful views of the city and surrounding area. The decor was modern and elegant, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. I enjoyed the hotel's amenities, especially the pool and spa facilities, which provided a nice escape after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to both local and international tastes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel for anyone visiting Da Nang!

Stayed in the premier suite for 1 night I requested to have flower petals in the room which they were happy to provide. Astounding views of the beach. A classy room and lobby with a delicious breakfast buffet. The pool was located on the roof next to the gym. Above that they also had a bar with a smoking area.

The locality is so strategic to free & easy tourist as within walking distance it connect to the place(s) where you can get foods/restaurants wirh reasonable pricing. If you arrive early no worries about the gap time before check in as you can easily walk around. The hotel pricing is so competative, frankly I thought they could priced much higher 🤣

The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the city skyline. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the overall commitment to excellence at this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.
