Slow lift and shower water get outside

Nice environment, service can't keep up

The rooms smelled very damp and the room wasn’t cleaned during the day…. It doesn’t seem like the hotel manager is doing a particularly good job of maintaining standards. The staff were very kind and helpful though at the front desk and in the restaurants.

Great place and location. Very friendly and helpful staff. LImited dining options in the area.

Amazing hotel. Comfortable with great service and food. Architecture, views, etc are second to none.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in.If I ever visit Dakar again, I WILL be coming here again. If you can afford it, stay here. Even if you cannot afford it, stay here. You will not regret it.

A bottom-end, 5-star hotel where many things on the menu are not available, the food - when it does arrive - is mediocre, the staff make anglophones feel unwelcome, and the rooms are overpriced. It was truly an anticlimactic experience

It was better than I thought it would be. It’s definitely worth the price. I would stay here again.

This stay was disappointing. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice and tried to make it up in some aspects, but there were many inconveniences. There was an argument over breakfast every single day when we paid in advance and still had to pay to access breakfast each morning. We used a venue space in the hotel that was leaking, we did not have the materials we requested and the staff was slow to help. The rooms were not clean when we arrived and the flies all over the hotel made the stay unpleasant.

Please don’t close bar at 11. All flights of Air France and Iberia arrives the night, and it’s not pleasant to eat in the room. It’s a shame a hotel like this radisson closes kitchens that early, besides you know very well flights arrive on night, and there’s no option.

When we checked in the ac was not working. The staff did not inform us of this and we checked out the next day
