Dalat Hotels with Pools

What a wonderful hotel! We absolutely loved our time at the Ana Mandara Hotel! I would say its charming location and bungalows, outstanding staff and high quality food made it the perfect stay for us in Dalat! Our kids felt really comfortable here and it just made for a great Dalat experience! Highly recommended!

As a guest at Edensee Resort, I can confidently say that it is an exceptional hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The resort itself is stunningly beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking a serene lake. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, which made for a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The resort's facilities were also impressive, with a range of activities and amenities to suit every taste. I enjoyed a relaxing swim in the outdoor pool, followed by a rejuvenating massage at the spa. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated the option to stay active even while on vacation. The food at the resort was also exceptional, with a diverse selection of dishes to choose from. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, my experience at Edensee Resort was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stunning natural surroundings, comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and excellent facilities made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

This resort really nice and beautiful, I will back if I have change to there!!! one minus point for hairdryer can not move out of bathroom, need to standup for dry your hair too long! Only that, everything is excellent!!! The price is really good for the meal, fruit, services in the wonderful place! Thank you service team!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! The hotel is lovely. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. We had a couple of service glitches at dinner on our first night and the issues were handled professionally. The F&B manager sought us out and addressed them. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine & fruit platter, which was greatly appreciated. The top floor bar is unique in that it doubles as a strawberry nursery. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The hotel has a nice location, from Da Lat market and Xuan Huong Lake 300m. The room is large with windows but the carpet in the room is a bit old. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel has a large parking lot for both buses. The hotel has a garden with flowers and a fish pond. In addition, the hotel rents a new two-wheeled car very satisfied, rented 1 day from morning to night for 180k. Staff enthusiastically guide guests. The price I booked on Trip app is quite favorable, so I am very satisfied to experience this hotel.

If you want to live in a room with a golf view, it’s okay. If you live in a room with a mountain view, the environment is average. Overall, this hotel is average. If you don’t have your own car, it’s not recommended to stay. Facilities: General Hygiene: general Good environment good service

The hotel here is very good, the first time traveling with ny feel very satisfied from the staff to the manager as well as all at this hotel, it must be said that it is great, a memorable and nice stay here. Reasonable price, Delicious food and drinks (I am a bit difficult to eat but in my opinion I feel that it tastes good) will visit if I have the opportunity to go next time

Stayed one night in a hotel room, one night in a single villa room, opened the door and opened the window to see the flowers. The temperature of the house was cool, and the mood in the morning was particularly good. Although the hotel is 3 kilometers away from the downtown area, you can rent a motorcycle Or call the front desk to take a taxi, it is particularly convenient to play, and the breakfast is very rich. The hotel is very close to the futa bus station and is convenient for travel. I really like the architectural style of the hotel, it is unique. The temperature in Dalat is very suitable. Even if there is only an electric fan in the room, you will not feel too hot. Finally, it would be better if breakfast is provided
