What a wonderful hotel! We absolutely loved our time at the Ana Mandara Hotel! I would say its charming location and bungalows, outstanding staff and high quality food made it the perfect stay for us in Dalat! Our kids felt really comfortable here and it just made for a great Dalat experience! Highly recommended!

Our stay in the Dragon King Hotel I would be almost very pleasant if not for 2 incidents. 1. In countries where I don't speak the language I usually ask for a calling card of the hotel. I did and they had none, And voila the taxi took us to another Dragon King Hotel in Da Lat and we had to take another taxi from there back to Dragon King I. 2. We booked including breakfast as that is normally a nice way to ease into the day in a foreign city. The Dragon King breakfast facilities are in a from floor to ceiling tiled cellar under the hotel full of load speaking local people eating local breakfasts (soup and the like) so talking about your plans for the day while eating bread with jam (the only non local food choice available) was impossible goodbye enjoying a quiet breakfast. (There is a nice place to your left when you leave the hotel that serves for a very small price with a very wide smile)

As a guest at Edensee Resort, I can confidently say that it is an exceptional hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The resort itself is stunningly beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking a serene lake. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, which made for a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The resort's facilities were also impressive, with a range of activities and amenities to suit every taste. I enjoyed a relaxing swim in the outdoor pool, followed by a rejuvenating massage at the spa. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated the option to stay active even while on vacation. The food at the resort was also exceptional, with a diverse selection of dishes to choose from. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, my experience at Edensee Resort was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stunning natural surroundings, comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and excellent facilities made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

This resort really nice and beautiful, I will back if I have change to there!!! one minus point for hairdryer can not move out of bathroom, need to standup for dry your hair too long! Only that, everything is excellent!!! The price is really good for the meal, fruit, services in the wonderful place! Thank you service team!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! They say it was used as a palace by nobles during the French colonial period. The antiques are so pretty and luxurious as they are 100 years old. The place to drink afternoon tea and eat breakfast were very pretty, and the tea was especially delicious, so I bought it. However, there is no elevator;; (Please carry all your luggage with you) and the toilet etc. feels very old. The room ceiling is high so it feels a bit empty, but you can see the lake right in front and it's great for a walk! However, it was difficult because the counter and massage shop staff did not speak English.😂

The hotel is lovely. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. We had a couple of service glitches at dinner on our first night and the issues were handled professionally. The F&B manager sought us out and addressed them. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine & fruit platter, which was greatly appreciated. The top floor bar is unique in that it doubles as a strawberry nursery. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is located in a good location about 10 mins walk from the main square. The hotel is old but recently renovated. I had a big room with balcony facing the road. There is much horning of big vehicles in the morning . My other friends had the rooms facing the opposite side . They hear dog barking continuously throughout the night . Breakfasts served were decent. There is a Highland cofffee place in the hotel.

The hotel has a nice location, from Da Lat market and Xuan Huong Lake 300m. The room is large with windows but the carpet in the room is a bit old. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel has a large parking lot for both buses. The hotel has a garden with flowers and a fish pond. In addition, the hotel rents a new two-wheeled car very satisfied, rented 1 day from morning to night for 180k. Staff enthusiastically guide guests. The price I booked on Trip app is quite favorable, so I am very satisfied to experience this hotel.

Suitable for those who go on vacation, in it is quite sad, building each villa, so there is no view of this apartment to see the other one. In the evening there are few lights around, so it is very dark, a bit far from the city, suitable for those who want to relax separately, there is a walking space.
