Room was big and spacious, and as pictured. Loved the huge window that looked out into the courtyard. The place is also stylishly done up and looks quite new, there's a tearoom where you can try all sorts of tea. Was positively surprised by the complimentary afternoon tea served - one big platter of fruits and baba! However there's one thing I didn't like and hence I won't recommend this place - if you don't like hard beds, this place won't be suitable for you. Found the bed extremely hard, so hard that when I first sat on it I thought I was sitting on a wooden plank. I even flipped over the bed sheet just to check there was a mattress underneath, there was, it's just super duper hard. Never seen a mattress this hard before, I wouldn't even call it a mattress lol. And they put a fairly thick topper on top of it, and it was still uncomfortable. I happened to be alone so I took the duvet from the other bed, folded it into half to make it thicker and slept on it. Was slightly better but still, not a great sleeping experience. It's unfortunate because otherwise, I quite liked the place. Oh and location wise, it's also a distance from the main town centre (20 mins), which can be a little eery when you walk back at night in the dark. The good thing is its near the fields but yeah, away from the main streets in the town.

Xianju Bieyuan Guesthouse Hotel

Xizhou town
I highly recommend it to those who want to go to Xizhou. The location is excellent. There is a Xizhou wheat field right outside. The hotel is in a pastoral Chinese style. The reception staff are very humane and nice. Afternoon tea is provided in the afternoon, and there is a fruit wine party in the evening. The accommodation is arranged on the first floor. The children are running around happily in the courtyard. Breakfast is delivered to the room. When you open the door, the sun shines in. It is very relaxing and comfortable. It is a homestay that is more friendly to children. When we left, we were given souvenirs. I experienced tie-dyeing and ancient papermaking in Xizhou. There are not many people in the off-season, and the overall experience is very good. The only drawback is that the toilet may have a bit of odor for a while due to the design, but it seems to be better with the toilet covered, and there will be some mosquitoes in the small courtyard. The flaws do not cover the merits. I will choose to stay next time I come to Xizhou. Night cocktail party: Xizhou Ancient Town closes very early. We came back from visiting Dali Ancient Town, and the intimate night cocktail party was perfect. Exquisite afternoon tea for two: The details are very humane. We went out to play on the first day and didn't enjoy it. On the second day, it rained and we stayed for a while after checking out. They were very considerate and made up for it for us.
Huashigou Inn

The room is fully equipped, the sheets are still small, with a faint fragrance, it looks super warm at first glance, the sanitation is well cleaned, the windows and mirrors in the room are very clean, the window is beautiful blue sky, white clouds and green trees, it looks very healing! The boss family is also very enthusiastic. They helped us carry our luggage upstairs without saying anything. At night, they still gave us a place to charge the car. It really felt like home. Downstairs is a restaurant (the taste of the dishes is a bit salty, but the personal feeling is acceptable, the price is very close to the people), but the ground is not a little oily, in the morning, you can meet the aunts to clean the whole courtyard, sitting in the shade of the tree while eating, blowing the wind chatting, happiness is full, Come live next time you have a chance! Attach a view outside the window (。・ω・。) ノ♡

Xizhou town
I think this homestay in Xizhou Ancient Town is the best among all the ancient towns I have stayed in in China! It has a separate courtyard and a duplex building. Especially the bathroom has no odor, the shower water is large and drains very quickly. And the privacy is very good! Worth recommending!
Xingyuan Inn, Xizhou Town, Dali City

Xizhou town
The hometown of Wuduo Jinhua, Xizhou Ancient Town, has a windy place. Xingyuan Inn is fully equipped, clean and hygienic. The focus is on hot water for a whole day. The surrounding facilities of the inn are good. The attractions (corner tower) are directly in front of it. Not far from the Bohai Ecological Corridor and Haitong Park. There are electric cars and bicycles for rent at the entrance of the inn. The environment is also very good, the boss service is thoughtful, the price is affordable, it is worth experiencing!
