"This mother-daughter trip, spanning 6 days and 5 nights, was generally quite good. The hotel is close to the high-speed train station, offers a rich breakfast, and the service attitude was excellent. The only issue is that my collarbone necklace, which I left on the table on the evening of the 8th, went missing. I didn't wear it all day on the 9th when we visited Weishan Ancient Town, and when I returned that evening, I couldn't find it anywhere. All my other belongings were in their original spots, but this necklace was nowhere to be found. I informed the front desk when checking out and asked them to notify me immediately if a housekeeper finds it during cleaning. I also mentioned that if I find it after unpacking my luggage at home, I'll let them know. Although the necklace isn't valuable, it's very important to me. Thank you! (Photos attached)"

"I was fortunate enough to stay here on a business trip to Dali. Before checking in, the front desk attendant upgraded my room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with complete amenities and full smart controls. The hotel's location is also very easy to find, just a few minutes' drive from the high-speed train station, and there are many places to eat nearby that you can try if you have time. It was quiet at night, not noisy at all. I had a very pleasant stay!"

"Exceptional location, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding service! The location of this resort is prime—it is hard to believe that such a peaceful and beautiful oasis is just 200 meters away from the East Gate of Dali Ancient Town. There are plenty of food options nearby, especially around the gate area. We experienced a minor room booking mix-up upon arrival. We originally booked the SUJING room, but the hotel assigned us to the YINJI room (B102), which was larger and even more beautiful. They kindly offered us to stay in B102 for both nights, but we still wanted to try our original room on the 2nd floor as well. That said, the YINJI room (B102) was absolutely fantastic—extremely quiet, comfortable, and highly recommended! Breakfast was rich in carbs, served in traditional Yunnan style. The young staff members were wonderfully attentive and helpful, using translation apps very effectively to communicate with us. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would happily recommend!"

"For summer vacation travel, this place is great value for money. I booked it on a whim, but it turned out to be surprisingly comfortable. The common areas are spacious, and you can even cook. It's also suitable for families. The courtyard has a lovely atmosphere. The whole house was spotless, and the facilities were new and complete. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's incredibly relaxing. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in this area!"

My room had a small floor-to-ceiling window right next to the stairs, and I was shocked when a child coming down the stairs suddenly peered inside (I honestly didn't realize I needed to draw the curtains right away). The location in an alley isn't ideal either, and there's no view from the room. After looking around, I feel you could find better value for this price."

Our stay was truly memorable, and we were very impressed with the hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and have a genuine sense of luxury. However, what impressed us the most was the people. From check-in to breakfast service, the staff were attentive, friendly, and communicated with us very clearly. They took great care of us throughout our stay. Most importantly, they went out of their way to help arrange transportation for our group to Dali Railway Station, which made our departure so much easier. We have also included photos of the two staff members who assisted us throughout our stay. We would especially like the hotel management to recognize them. They are kind-hearted, genuinely caring, and wonderful representatives of the hotel. People like them are truly an asset to the business. Thank you for creating not only a beautiful hotel, but also such warm and thoughtful hospitality. "This ocean-view room was absolutely divine! The decor was incredibly luxurious, from the furniture and decorations to the wall design, everything exuded sophistication. The entire room felt brand new, like it had just been put into use, and everything was smooth and hassle-free. The room was incredibly comfortable; the soft, plush bedding made me never want to get out. The best part was the unobstructed ocean view right outside the window. The gentle, soothing sound of the waves was so pleasant, and the surroundings were so quiet you could hear your own heartbeat. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the stars and the waves at night—it was truly a therapeutic experience!"
