Clean and tidy, excellent location, four or five hundred meters from Pavilion, more than 300 meters from the subway station, good service attitude, sound insulation is also very good, the only downside is that the bathroom is relatively small, especially the shower is very cramped, the exhaust is broken, the next day It was repaired, and then it didn't work. I am very grateful to every service staff of this hotel. I took my child out to play. I didn't expect that the child might have been hit by the sea breeze when he went into the water, and he immediately had a high fever the next day. This hotel not only provides a warm and comfortable accommodation environment, but also makes me feel the warmth of home with meticulous care and attention. In particular, the front desk staff quickly helped us contact the nearby hospital and always paid attention to my needs. The child had a fever and was dizzy and sat on the sofa in the lobby. The staff child immediately came forward and asked me if I needed hot water. He took scissors to help me cut the medicine bag, adjusted the water temperature and sent it to me. He gave us great help and support. The room service staff was also very attentive. Not only did they prepare extra bedding for us to ensure the comfort of the child, but they also specially sent warm water and snacks suitable for children. It was really thoughtful. At such a special moment, it was your careful care that brought great comfort to our hearts. I sincerely thank every staff member for their dedication, your professionalism and love, which made this experience warm and unforgettable. I look forward to having the opportunity to stay here again in the future and recommend the Grandview Hotel to more friends. Although this trip in Dalian was not perfect, it was really warm.

This Hotel is very nice and located in the Center, close to the Railway station and many POI. The staff is friendly and tries to support the guests. The English language skills could be improved. Unfortunately the Hotel and the rooms definitely need an extensive renovation. In our room several electric plug-sockets had been damaged, which is a severe danger. Also the control-units for the AC showed marks of overheating and damages. The interior of the rooms and bathroom showed marks of abrasion and cheap repairs. With this actions this Hotel could be one of the best in Dalian.

The hotel is quite standard. The floor plan of the hotel is triangular. The layout of the room at the head is not very regular compared to other rooms. The mattress is relatively hard and I like it very much, but those who like to sleep on soft beds should be cautious. You can't take takeout upstairs. I didn't see any robots. You need to pick it up at the front desk of the lobby on the first floor.

The original reason why I booked Kaiyuan Mercure Hotel on Ctrip was that the hotel was near Dalian Railway Station, close to the downtown bus station and subway station, and convenient for travel. After our group of four checked in on September 16, we found that the hotel was clean and hygienic, the front desk was warm and welcoming, and the service was thoughtful. So I immediately booked a room for two days on September 17 and 18. The three-night stay felt like home, the hotel had a rich breakfast, and there was a laundry room for the convenience of guests. It was very thoughtful and the cost-effectiveness of the stay was extremely high.

The apartment is very good, and the location is great. You can walk to Donggang Fountain and Venice Water City. There is also a shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for eating. The bus and subway can take you to Xinghai Square and other attractions. The bed is super comfortable and I slept very well. The merchant has a very good attitude. It was a great travel experience!

JJacob WayneThe hotel staff were so kind and friendly. They did not speak English but we're able to communicate using a translation APP. The brought extra water bottles to my room and asked about the room temperature. I ended up staying at my girlfriend's apartment instead of the hotel after the first night and they allowed me to cancel even though they didn't have to. I had ordered a jacket to be delivered to my room, which ended up arriving after I checked out. The hotel kept it for me and let me pick it up from there once delivered. The view from my room was awesome. The only negative was the walls were a little thin and I could hear the neighbors. I'd definitely stay here again.

WWilsonStayed here 09 nights in total, after multiple extensions. Room 207. 1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian. 2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening. 3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging. 4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available) 5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well. 6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

Superior customer service Spacious room with an actual balcony available —- The not-so positives: Near to the beach but, unfortunately, the beach is a bit unimpressive and rundown. The room was nice but a bit dusty. I am a little sensitive to dust so maybe that’s why this was an issue for me. Also, the air quality was bad for most of my stay (weekend) so the balcony view was a little disappointing. No fault of the hotel but thought I would mention it. Keep the air quality in mind when booking. Overall, decent stay.

我我叫莎莎This is an honest review that is not meant to dissuade anyone but to offer a thorough unbiased review. My opinion of New World before my stay was that it was a 5 star hotel, it certainly wasn't horrible, but after my stay and comparing to other Dalian hotels in its league that I've stayed in, think it doesn't fit the bill for a 5 star hotel. I can't complain about the service, Check in was swift and we got a free room upgrade and spa coupons, but the hotel room carpet was stained, there was dust in some places and the furniture and room amenities are aging, slightly dated and need to be improved (I didn't feel the need to zoom in on those issues so the pictures wont reflect this) . I loved that there were lovely art pieces throughtout the hotel and the fitness centre was top notch especially the heated pool. The breakfast buffet had fewer options than expected for a hotel of that standard but it was honestly delicious and satisfactory, they had both Chinese and Western dishes, fruit and cereal. The waitresses from Guo restaurant had the best service they went out of their way to make our dinner pleasant. The most disconcerting issue I had with New World was that the room deposit refund took longer than I've ever experienced, I found it highly unusual and somewhat disappointing because I've stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels and usually the refund is instant but they told us it would take up to 3 days. Maybe this is standard practice for them but it made no sense to me and I've never had to wait that long. In any case surely it doesn't take 3 days to check a room!

DDeor21I read reviews that there is a free pick-up and drop-off service at the airport. I was on a connecting flight and landed at 11pm. I called to make a reservation and it was actually past the pick-up and drop-off time. However, my sister was very reliable and still made the reservation for me. I was surprised when I was picked up from the airport. The small business car was clean and tidy and on time. The driver also helped with the luggage. It was late when we arrived at the hotel. We got a free upgrade. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was quite rich. The price of RMB 100+ was super value for money. The service was so good that it doubled my impression of Dalian. I would like to praise my night shift sister at the front desk for her patience, attentiveness and reliability. Thank you for helping me make hot and sour noodles at three in the morning. I wish you everything will get better and better.

GGuest UserThe location is easy to find, right next to Xinghai Square. You can go to the park and see the sea when you go out. The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and professional. The house is very quiet, with good sound insulation, and the cleaning is quite timely. When I came back from breakfast, I found that it had been cleaned for us. Although the breakfast buffet does not have many styles, the quality is excellent. I will come again next time

NNasih AliI’ve stayed in a few Hilton Hotels In my experience, Dalian Hilton is very Normal. I went to celebrate my 6th Wedding Anniversary. The trip started with a bad check-in to the hotel where I had to drag all my luggage to the room, there was no one to assist me to find my room or someone to explain to me where my room was located. I had to search for my room myself dragging all my stuff. I asked the front desk for some help. Later I complained and the front desk apologize and send us a fruit plate. The room was nice good not 5-star level maintained. Lack of Amenities very few not all were in the room. Some services were provided in Conrad like swimming pool breakfast. No in-house entertainment for guests. The breakfast service was very good. Excellent staff and guest relations. Not too many but great choices of Western and Chinese dishes. Hats off to the chef. In conclusion, it’s was a good stay. This hotel needs to improve Guest relations and have some in-house entertainment for the guest.
