The location was the most amazing thing about this hotel. It's ideally located in the Dalian Business District near the waterfront. There was so much to see near the Venice Oriental Harbor. The hotel is ok if you don't need meals. There's no restaurant so you'll have to order takeout. They do have cup noodles and drinks in the room at an extra cost. Also, the view is nice but only if you're on the higher floors, otherwise, you'll be very disappointed by the sight of the unfinished buildings that interfere with the beautiful seaview. The view is breathtaking once you're on the higher floors. I upgraded from the 9th floor to the 21st floor once I got there. Other than that, they were very accommodating, especially to me as a foreigner who spoke very little Chinese. They added me on WeChat and helped me with everything I need.

The hotel is located in the prosperous area of Dalian Development Zone. It is very convenient for shopping, eating and entertainment. The stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. Especially the ladies in the hotel sales department. The surrounding environment is introduced in detail! A full sense of security during the trip. The breakfast is good and there are many varieties. I personally think it is very cost-effective. I strongly recommend it! It is so happy to eat breakfast while watching the sea view. There is nothing to say about the summer beer garden. It is highly recommended.

The hotel is really clean, has a great atmosphere, is quiet, and the service is very good. Hahahahaha. It was too cold at night. We asked for a quilt and it was delivered quickly. The front desk was very humorous. It felt almost like going home. Once we entered the room, it was really... It was very warm and they asked us if we wanted hot coffee. The service was very good and in place.

My husband's undergraduate class reunion for the 20th anniversary. We booked the room about two months ago. This location is the best and most convenient hotel for activities in Dalian University of Technology. The room should have been renovated. The window design is very good. It is a whole glass like a picture frame. When the weather is good, the view of Dalian University of Technology from the room is like a picture. The hotel has a door to directly enter the Dalian University of Technology. There are electric bicycles on campus for short-term rental. The hotel did not provide breakfast, and we did not have breakfast in the hotel. The lunch banquet for college teachers was on the second floor restaurant of the hotel. The dishes tasted good and the seafood was fresh. There were weddings on both days of the weekend. The sound insulation of the room was slightly poor. The sound was more obvious from the door. There was nothing bad about other things. The latest for late check-out is 1 o'clock.

From Jinshitan to the city, I chose this apartment hotel. The boss is attentive, because we are not used to sleeping in soft beds and do not like to turn on air conditioning. The boss specially prepared hard mattresses for our two elderly people, and also provided an extra mattress, which is moving and thank you very much. The boss has been a soldier, warm and bold. We lived on the 14th floor. It was very strange. We faced the road, but we didn't feel the noise. It was probably the reason for the height of the building. The partition wall of the room is a solid wall, and there is no sound of the residents next door, so we can sleep at night. The room is clean and tidy, with a disposable toilet pad. The refrigerator and washing machine are complete, the space is spacious and the hot water is stable. The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. It is about eight or nine hundred meters away from Riyueming Seafoodfang and Russian Style Street and Dashang Xinmart Supermarket. We both walked there. When you come to Dalian, you must taste the sea urchin, sea sausage, sea vegetable bag, and Russian chocolate, ice cream, and local snacks. The hotel can't cook brings inconvenience, but the smell of seafood is difficult to exude after cooking. We took the bus past, navigated to the China-Germany Housing Savings Bank (Dalian Branch), entered the door and then went up from the low-zone elevator to the seventh floor to apply for accommodation.

屋兒可乾淨了，床睡着賊舒服！！！巨幕投屏看着很帶勁兒，實際環境與宣傳圖片上一樣兒，第一天去因為天氣原因飛機延誤了很久，凌晨三點才到，房東哥還特地下樓來接，完事了直接讓我先休息着，等緩過勁兒再辦理的入住手續，有啥問題和需要，房東哥都很熱情的解決和迴應，還會推薦好吃好玩的地兒，而且民宿所在的位置交通很方便，出門走5分鐘左右就能到地鐵站，樓下有便利店和小吃店。如果有來大連玩的朋友，沒做攻略或者對旅遊景點糾結的，可以第一個行程先去大連火車站坐官方的旅遊巴士，30元一張票，一天有效，途經的景點隨上隨下的，就是得注意一下旅遊巴士的營業時間，上車之後會有專業的巴士姐姐介紹景點，給出建議之類的，對之後的規劃挺有參考性的。

The hotel staff were so kind and friendly. They did not speak English but we're able to communicate using a translation APP. The brought extra water bottles to my room and asked about the room temperature. I ended up staying at my girlfriend's apartment instead of the hotel after the first night and they allowed me to cancel even though they didn't have to. I had ordered a jacket to be delivered to my room, which ended up arriving after I checked out. The hotel kept it for me and let me pick it up from there once delivered. The view from my room was awesome. The only negative was the walls were a little thin and I could hear the neighbors. I'd definitely stay here again.
