Perfect accommodation. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms and a lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood. Also the pool and gym is a big bonus. The breakfast is simple but good enough. Thank you staff!

The accommodation was OK!

I originally booked a double queen and when i arrived very late they advised me that the double room was not available. The lady was nice but you could tell she was new. It was about 2 am and she was trying to figure out what to do as i needed 2 beds for the night . After several calls she was able to get her manager and they provided me a king bed with a sofa bed. Not ideal for my party but we made it work as we were tired after traveling all night. So we stayed 2 nights in that room. I have never encountered this type of issue when booking a room.

The property inside was nice and seemed clean. The staff, especially the lady during the day at the front desk was Amazing! She truly went above what I've seen other desk attendants do. I've never seen them step out from the counter to help an elderly guest get through the door safely with their bags. That was just one of the reasons she struck me as being Awesome. Her whole attitude was joyful, like she was truly happy to be there. I'd give that lady a raise and make sure to hold on to her.

The check in went well. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Got to the room and the curtains had holes in them. The lamp shade had a large hole patched with box tape. The dresser was badly worn and the tops were peeling off as was the plastic veneer on the headboard. The tv also didn’t work. They moved me to a different room because of the tv. The room they moved me to had the same worn out accommodations but the tv did work. Carpet was also very old and worn. My second night there I came back and they had made my bed but no new linens. They also turned on the heat for some odd reason despite it being 95 degrees outside, so I had to cool down the room before I could sleep last night. Breakfast first two days was good. 3rd day the eggs were cold (health department concern?). Overall, they need a lot of work but they have the customer relations part figured out. They have. Ice people despite the challenges. It is very overpriced though for these problems which are to be expected at a $40-50 per night motel but not a Marriott property at $150 per night. Then, they hit me with a magical, never disclosed to me $10 per day parking fee and sales tax for the parking fee. I would honestly avoid this place. It’s a disaster and easily the worst place I’ve stayed this year, and I travel frequently for work.
