The Joule Dallas

Beautiful hotel - loved the art throughout. Was particularly thankful to Ella (front desk) who was able to solve a coupe of questions and was delightful. Also thanks to Jon Paul (Concierge) who recommended many great restaurant options and Eric and Jose - servers at two of The Joule’s restaurants. Had one dinner at the hotel restaurant (Italian). Typically we go out but in this case, really enjoyed.

Although my evening did not require event services, Ashley Scrimmager provided excellent customer service. It was clear that her service was geared toward supporting my interests. She provided a listening ear and provided appropriately tailored recommendations.

Room was very clean and made to perfection every day! We stayed for business would return every time the Joule is available. We used the car service and WOW were they good. This team of drivers recommended restaurants that were spot on! They were very knowledgeable about the city.

We stayed at the hotel and could not have been more pleased. The experience began with check in. I’ve never felt more welcomed. We were fortunate to be check in by Carlos and I have never met such a genuine, warm and kind person in this industry. Exceptional care out of the gate! The hotel itself was lovely. Nice sitting areas, lovely bar and delicious restaurant with bar. We were fortunate to be able to enjoy some time at the pool. The cocktails were delicious and I would highly recommend the quesadilla. The staff were very friendly, fun and attentive. The room was classy, spacious and well appointed. Desk area was perfect for work. I would have like a little more counter space in the bathroom, but I would go without the space in exchange for the wonderful care all of the staff provided. My son has recently moved to Dallas and I think I found my new home when I go to visit him.

The is boutique hotel is in the heart of downtown Dallas. Great location close to the JFK museum and memorial. The hotel Is beautiful decorated, very artsy! All the staff are amazingly helpful and find. The pool is very unique with an over hang from the top floor. The staff at the pool cater to you and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The food and drinks and the pool were good. The Italian restaurant was excellent! In house made pasta and pizzas!! Loved our stay and will come back to the Joule. It is also right across from the EYE.

On a recent stay at The Joule in Dallas, the term hospitality lived up to its true meaning. Each and every interaction I had with a Joule team member was absolutely flawless. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of attention to detail and personalized service extended to me by Ella, front office supervisor. From the seamless check-in process to the restaurant recommendations and beyond, every aspect of my experience surpassed my expectations. I am in the process of moving to Dallas from Miami Beach and Ella was the best ambassador to the city I could have asked for. I will look forward not only to coming back but also to recommend The Joule to my clients, friends and family.

Exquisite. We enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Joule. I traveled with my child, visiting a friend in the area. Carlos checked us in and was so friendly and professional. We were immediately glad to be there. I don’t know if I’ve ever been to a place so consistently staffed with such professionalism. The valets, housekeeping, and front desk workers were all wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and our room was perfect for a weekend escape. This is by far my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We ate breakfast every day at CBD Provisions which we loved. Tommy, the host, is a gem and excellent at his job. I will miss this restaurant and loved having a relaxing morning with my daughter there daily. Highly, highly recommend. This place is perfect.

Everything about our stay was top notch! The service was prompt and friendly! Very accommodating in every way. The hotel is a beautiful array of artwork and lighting! The pool was perfect and pool service was extraordinary. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We will definitely be back!

Property was nice, but would not say that I got full value for the money I paid for my room. I was told the night before I could get late check out, but did not.
