2-Star Hotels in Dallas

This is review is not an issue of a dirty room or an amenity being down, this is about my kid being stuck in an elevator. She called the front desk who said they would send over maintenance which never happened so after 45 minutes she pressed the emergency button that prompted the fire department to come pry the doors open and pull her through the roof between 2 floors. My original call to Hilton was to kindly ask for one night’s reimbursement but after 4 weeks of no one returning my call, the manager’s voice mail being full and the complete disregard for my valid concern I am appalled by the lack of care and concern. I understand that elevators can go down and the hotel can only call for repair, things happen but when this happens they should have constant communication with the person trapped with reassurance they are right there working on it and make sure they know they are on top of it. They didn’t send maintenance or communicate with her while she was in the elevator and she had to call for emergency help. Several fire trucks arrived and had to force the doors open between floors. This establishment is so poorly run they can not even have the decency to answer the phone and apologize. I expect a call from the General Manager of the Hampton Inn Dallas at a minimum.

Great customer service, Didnt like downstairs but clerk changed rooms with no problem the special request was not listed on our resevation at the hotel. Food was good.

Stayed at the hotel after an unexpected flight delay. Everything was great, from the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms were spacious and the property is extremely centrally located. Was sufficient for a good sleep prior to our flight home the next morning. I would highly recommend staying here.

The room was very good, the cleaning tip was put, the waiter didn't even take it. It was very strange. There was a waiter at the front desk. The service was very general. I didn't understand what I was talking about. Others were very good. No car was inconvenient to play nearby.

Young girl with a very friendly welcome. On the other hand, we had a disabled room even though there was no reason for it. During the terrible night, we hear all the noises because they resonate so much. Also, around 3 a.m., a neighbor came into the next room and was moaning, vomiting and left the water running for hours... I was really not at peace. A pass hotel wouldn’t have been worse…

We’ve stayed a couple of times here and even though the location isn’t the most appealing, the customer service we received made the stay better. So special shout out to AVI at the front desk for always accommodating our needs for our stays! And the timing manner which it’s done! Great breakfast options as well! Comfy beds. You’ll see!

We had our return flight cancel on us, the staff was amazing! They went above & beyond to help us get through a stressful situation. Hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! I would highly recommend.

Convenient location, high speed, quiet in the middle of the road, facilities are new, clean, and now may still have decoration. On the side is the best burger in n out.
