The room is dirty, all the equipment is old it’s not worth $70

This was historically a Howard Johnson's so the layout and room sizes are good. The good: Bed was comfortable and not worn out, the AC quiet and efficient convenient to major highways. The Bad: The sink would't drain and leaked over the filthy bathroom floor (the trash can was placed under it to catch the drippings), the shower floor unbonded to the substrate squished under foot, mold in the grout. The fridge was unplugged and moldy inside, the microwave dirty. The main area floor also filthy. I was worried about bedbugs given the lack of sanitary attention and care. The front desk failed to follow up on my request to fix the leaking sink. A placard "no refunds" at the front desk a ominous clue to the visit. Avoid at all costs
