Retreat Hotel Samden, Darjeeling

Hotel room was not clean. Bed sheet was not clean even the blankets. Food was spicy, even after telling not to give any spice. Location of the hotel was very near to the main road hence traffic noise whole night.

From first day, bathroom was smelling and bathroom light was also coming to bed while using as one transparent class was attached to that bathroom.

Totally disgusting hotel here it's showing three star but no star is there cockroach is inside the room total dirty linen everything is just embarrassing

Retreat hotel it’s not so bad but the rooms and bathrooms and doors not so good it’s like we are staying in a cheapest place the deluxe room it’s like a normal rental place qualities so cheap and ultra deluxe room the room service is good people are good it is safe clean and hygienic and the food is expensive but overall is okay

1) location is good all-though bit far from mall road near to darjeeling station 2)food - bad quality and costly 3)hygiene - worst dirty rooms and lean-ens water leaking from corners of rooms worst in all aspects. 4) standards - poor

This hotel deserves not a single star pathetic rooms power bhi raat bhar off hi raha. You should return the money to the guest.

The room was nice and the room manager was also very nice. There was no garbage anywhere in the room, the entire room was clean.

Proprty location was average, but rooms were not properly clean. Very unhygienic and disappointing.

Room is small and not clean.Bath room is not clean. Telephone is not working .This hotel is not of ranking 3 star.
