The architecture and interior of the resort was dreamy. The rooms are spacious, beautiful,clean and it felt like something out of movies. The staff here is very attentive, well behaved and helpfull. And the food was delicious with a lot of variety.

Outstanding service, extremely responsive hotel management, uniquely laid out rooms offering amazing views of the Kanchanjunga ranges. The split level layout of the property, with it's numerous pergolas, offer private spaces for families and friends.

Great people. Excellent hospitality. Good food. The staff was mostly local and always welcomed you with a genuine smile. The GM went out of his way to arrange transportation for me to Bagdogra. They offered good uodates on local situations as the city was under a spontaneous strike. The view from my room was surreal.

Heel fijn en mooi hotel. Vriendelijk personeel die ervoor zorgde dat we aan niets te kort kwamen! Grote kamers met aparte zithoek en uitzicht op de bergen (als je geluk hebt, soms is het mistig). Heel lekker gegeten en aardige ***ager die ervoor zorgde dat we een fijn verblijf hadden. En aanrader!

I could not have imagined a better stay experience while travel-ling with my 20 months old baby. The property staffs took care of everything we asked for and even for the things we didn’t ask for. Must visit for an extraordinary view of kanchenjunga and amazing staff services.

Amazing property and location. Serene ambiance. Staff and hospitality was more than superb, best i have seen so far. Property manager was also very very sweet. Staff’s way of talking was captive, very soft and polite. They will make you feel like home

I recently stayed at Cedar Inn and had a good experience overall. The service was excellent right from check-in to check-out. Every staff member I encountered was ready to support and assist, making the entire stay seamless and enjoyable. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff truly stood out and made a significant positive impact on my visit. However, there are a couple of areas where the hotel could improve. The WiFi connectivity was not great, which was a bit inconvenient for someone who relies on internet access for work/personal use. Additionally, the food options, especially during breakfast, could be more varied and of better quality. Improving these aspects would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
