Had a nice stay in springboard,beautiful and nearby mall road. Goo location &good food. Nice and caring manager specially aniket very much helpful. Would always love to recommend my fa.ily and friends.

Best hotel ever in Darjeeling location was perfect staff are very corporate and helpful especially miss Sagarika and Mr Aniket Thami assist me very well food was good room’s were very clean and will surely visit again thank you for great hospitality

Best hotel in Darjeeling. Speciall young,energetic, polite receptionist named Buddha, helped me so much that my stays become more pleasant. Morning view from big window is superb. 5 star is always for everyone, superb stay near Mall road.

The breakfast is served as if u were staying at a kings palace. The foods and dinners as well as the Dessert were the best found in entire darjeeling. Hoping to come and visit it again with my family.

Reception staff were rude. No hot water in the bathroom when the outside temperature was 3 C. Room heater was provided at an extra cost but the electric circuit wasn’t strong enough to support it. The switch got tripped multiple times. When we raised the issue, they just pulled back the switch up. Complimentary breakfast was terrible. Stale breads were provided. Only 1 person was making breakfast for around 25 guests at a time. The entire hotel is run by 1 staff member: Vinod. He is exploited a lot. When we went to complain at reception, they would start murmuring in Nepalese amongst themselves and even when we requested them to talk in English, they didn’t.
