this room was average. pillows were dirty and dusty.
water pressure was fantastic. bathroom was clean and hygienic.a bit overpriced but good for a casual stay. and food was overpriced.

The manager was quite helpful. When we were travel-ling with our child and needed few hours of sleep we searched for a hotel for few hours at midnight. We are happy with their service.

Whenever i have to stay in siliguri, i prefer to stay at this hotel due to its location. This time i booked the wrong date and i was getting 0 refund in return so i called the hotel directly and without any excuses they solved my problem. Though the room was ok but the kind of hospitality they provide is absolutely amazing. The manager is very helpful and kind and the food is very good.
