I booked one night initially and have extended my stay for a week. Very convenient location for me (although far away from city centre and main things). Very comfortable apartment, clean and good service. Only came with disposable towels, but I requested real ones and they were promptly given to me. It’s a normal loft style apartment. Ceiling may be low for tall people. Only thing I would have loved to see is actual cooking utensils to be able to actually use the kitchen and cook my own meals. Will book again when I return to Shunde!

The apartment was just a little confusing to find but everything else was superb, easy communication with the attendant by wechat , no hold up , clean & easy access , I’ll give them a 4.9/5 … highly recommended. It’s just like a furnished apartment.. highly worth the price . 👍🏾

The room is very well equipped. It's a nice loft style. There are shower rooms on both the upper and lower floors. However, there is no hot water on the first floor, so you have to take a shower on the second floor. It's still quite convenient. It's also very convenient to travel. It's only a few minutes to Happy Coast.

It was a retest, because there is a tea table downstairs. I had ordered it before, just for this. I was surprised that there was also a large table for dining, including a table and stool next to the bed upstairs. I really like it, and the surroundings are very quiet

After visiting Qinghui Garden and having dinner, I contacted the apartment I originally booked with difficulty. As a result, the accommodation process was very complicated and the distance was far, so I canceled it and booked here temporarily. It is a loft-structured apartment with a large bed on each floor, a bathroom, and air conditioning. The window can see Shunde Eye, and opposite is the Graduate School of Beijing University of Science and Technology and a piece of green space in the school. The accommodation environment is good, the room is clean, but some details are a bit rough, and the smell of the sewer in the bathroom is a bit strong.
