Apart from the courteous and extremely polite staff, the food served was well prepared and fresh always. Will visit again! The rooms were neat and tide and the bathroom was clean. Their terrace had a good view too. Special mentions to Upesh!

All the staff particularly Mr Dewakar's services are excellent. Hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. Food services are very prompt. Every staff is very cooperative. Overall, it's a very nice hotel. Mr Upesh, Mr Ashim, Mr Rahil, Ms Pewang and Ms Sumikchas are very nice in their services.

Totally excellent service with full of nice behavior and good cooperation. Really it's a great pleasure. The Hill queen city has plenty of freshness ***** with vast Himalayas and heritage toy train. The staffs are also with good gestures. Neha Mam, Tashi, Upesh, Ryhil, Anmol, Tsering, Rahul Thami - all are with good gesture.

Stay was nice and pleasant. We just stayed for one night. One issue, the hotel is located a little bit of inside from the road though walkable distance. Otherwise overall is good. Food was nice, behaviour of all attending staff was appreciable.

I had come with a big group wr were around 40 persons and hotel is located in central town we had checked in at night , the staff welcomed us with kada , reception staff Tashi, noha, and anmol were very helpful. The food was also very tasty we had both Dinner and breakfast both delicious with very professional staff and thank you to Mr Upesh and his entire team.

First of all the rooms were splendid, restaurant food was delicious😋, the staffs were awesome, service was A1, I would like to mention some of the staffs names too and the names are Mr. Upesh, Mr. Ashim, Mr. Diwakar, Mr. Ryhil and Ms. Pewang and Ms. Sumikcha. Thanks for the great service.

The hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful Darjeeling town, hotel have a roof top from there we can see view of the valley. Rooms were clean and spacious.The restaurant was also well maintained and very friendly staff with tasty 😋 food. Thank you Mr Upesh and his team for the service. Will recommend this hotel to everyone

Great staff, awesome hospitality! A great stay if you visit Darjeeling with your family. I had booked the place online and found it really comforting and near to all the prominent locations in Darjeeling. It was great to have stayed here. Thanks Sumitel for the stay.

The stay was good and pleasant. Rooms are cosy. Food was okay. Staff was good and overall good hospitality.would love to stay here again and recommend others to stay for short trips in darjeeling. The terrace balcony and mounatin view was great.
