Ate at The Fields and we have a VIP with us. Staff (Rennie) was able to accomodate our demanding requests and was able to execute perfectly in conjunction with the menu taylorfitted to our taste. Chef's choice and the cooking was superb and our guest was also delighted with the food offering. Recommended dining choice for business purposes.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. My brother was getting married and since the family was scattered from different places, I got us rooms to gather our big family and extended families for the wedding as well as to celebrate the last bachelor hours of my brother. I booked via a hotel booking site and found out that the rooms I booked were not wheel chair friendly but the staff was kind enough to upgrade us for a minimal fee and so we were able to get nicer rooms. The hotel was really cozy and my nephew and 3 year old niece and nephew twins enjoyed swimming. Everyone enjoyed swimming. Our rooms have patio doors leading up to the swimming pool area which is lovely. The food was delectable. Although for the breakfast, everything seems to be complete (salad station, egg station, cereal station etc etc) however, I found the choices of viand to be lacking, but maybe it was just me. I was basically your “sinangag” girl looking for more dish to fit with my fried egg and my breakfast rice. I mean, the sausage was ok but the arroz ala cubana was a bit “off” for me to be in the breakfast menu. In any case, everything that was served was tasty. Yes, including the arroz ala cubana. How can I complain to that? Everyone had a good night’s sleep although we did have some trouble with our air conditioner before we left. A minor setback but I guess this is something that they should take a look at. They also offer free and paid shuttle services especially if you are going to Enchanted Kingdom and nearby attractions. You just have to get in touch with reception. The crew and staff are amazing and they make you feel warm and welcome. I am glad that I also booked the newly weds here. I really didn’t expect a place like this in Sta Rosa considering it’s location. I would stay here again if I need to be a day or two in Sta Rosa.

Booked on Aug. 31, 2019 because it was raining hard and we can't drive home from Enchanted Kingdom to Antipolo, since we are also wet. I booked around 8:30 pm and luckily they still have a garage room which is perfect for us since we have to secure our car too. We arrive around 9:30pm, we are escorted by their accommodating staffs, I just said my name and that I booked at Trip.com and I do not to explain further. Awesome! The room and amenities: - clean - clean smell - clean sheets - queen bed - 2 disposable toothbrush - very small toothpaste - 2 small soaps - 1 shampoo with conditioner (winner! 5/5) - 1 tissue roll - 2 clean smelling bath towels - tv with cable - 2 chairs and table where you can have your meal - shower has warm water - shower needs to be improved - 2 pairs of slippers, which should need to be improved too The food: Clubhouse 3/5 - it was good but nothing special Chocolate Shake 3/5 - find it too sugary but its ok. The service was fast, everytime we call, it was entertained and quickly done. Except when we checked out and asked for the bill of our food. Thank you. The Good: 1. Price point - This is an affordable, no frills, simple hotel. 2. Clean room - Being a rather new hotel, the room, bathroom, bed, hallways, etc are still very clean and well maintained. 3. Pleasant staff - People are generally nice and helpful here. 4. Location - Located in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang. Molito is just nearby. The Bad: 1. Basic necessities such as a water kettle, glasses / mugs, basic toiletries are not provided. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have them all in the room. Neither Good Nor Bad: 1. There aren't that much amenities here, hence hotel was able to drive the prices down. The Verdict: Would love to be back to stay here for future work-related stays, if needed.

We stayed here twice, the first time in October of 2019. I can say from that experience, in general, you get what you pay for. Nice staff, incredibly small rooms, near a lot of restaurants, most significantly Chef RV, with it's amazing cuisine. But the second time was for our anniversary, after the pandemic began - and, wow. Nothing had changed from the size of the rooms, just as we expected. There were holes next to the AC that ipis could crawl into, but not a big deal. The big deal? Complete and utter disregard for basic safety during a pandemic. RedDoorz chain claims to follow strict Covid protocols. Evidently this branch never got the memo, perhaps because it was a Go Motel before. We were the only guests. The two proprietors were smoking in the lobby, and the entire time they were in public were maskless and shieldless, though we of course wore masks and shields. They seemed to be immune from the concept of Social Distancing. Contrary to RedDoorz protocols they had no sanitizer or alcohol provided. It felt completely unsafe and we were gratified that two weeks later we still had no illness. We did inform RedDoorz Corporate. They expressed no concern and never got back to us.

This is a very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The price is cheap too. However, the water pressure is weak and the Wi-Fi cuts out frequently. Sometimes there are bugs too. However, I definitely intend to visit again.

This hotel is my go-to hotel whenever my family wants to take a staycation. Apart from the location, it is also convenient because it is close to the mall, there are many places to eat in the mall. As always the staff are very accommodating. There is also a counter for online checkin. I had a problem during my time online check in but the staff was prompt to assist.

They gave us a nice and clean room as well. One of the best staycation we had, kudos to their delicious breakfast 🍽️☕. All in one resort and hotel plus restaurant and coffee shop. A walking distance to Picnic Grove, convenience store and church. They are so welcoming and polite.
