You are here because of the Onsen. Onsen was exceptional especially the outdoor ones. Food buffet was well cooked and Japanese style. We love the stay experience. However, the room has strong cigarette smell and insects from outdoor. Other than that, all was forgiven. The staff needed to learn more English and be more available to help.

There were many different outdoor baths, each with a nice smell and detailed explanations, so I enjoyed it. I bought some bath salts. The atmosphere was different at night and during the day, which was nice. The room was spacious and I was able to relax.

No service at all. Over 6,000 a night. It felt dirty everywhere. Very uncomfortable to stay. Didn't even ask for ice.. Not worthy of the position.
