Cai is friendly and approachable. the room is tidy and clean. She let me kept my luggage in my room on my last day while visiting Yungang grottoes. She is also very responsive on Wechat. I dont speak mandarin but translation app helps us communicate. Location- is super convenient ie next to Parksons mall, less than 10 mins walk to Datong wall etc. Highly recommended.

During the Qingming Festival, a family of four traveled. The accommodation booked through Ctrip in advance was very affordable and cost-effective. There is a shopping mall downstairs, and it is only 6 to 8 minutes away from Qingyuan Gate on the west side of the ancient city. It is convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. The room is basically complete with disposable bathroom supplies. Most of the furniture and electrical appliances in the room are brand new. There is some ingenuity in the layout. The family is very satisfied with the room. There are many attractions in Datong and surrounding areas. The three-day trip was just a quick tour. I will continue to consider renewing my reservation here in the future~

Then the accommodation indicated that there were bath towels but there were only paper towels, and not enough toilet paper for my entire stay. In short, even if the accommodation was large, it was the worst experience of my stay in China.

We booked a quadruple room for three nights, and there were not enough toiletries for one night. The bath towels given for the first two nights were disposable and very uncomfortable. Moreover, the room for the first two nights was next to the renovated room, and it was non-stop in the second half of the night. I didn't know it at first. The first night there was a dinging sound from time to time all night long, but it was still like this the second night. After staying, I asked to change rooms or check out, only to be told that the building next door was being renovated. They didn't expect that they would be renovating at night, so they were moved to a quadruple room in the building next door. On the third night, I finally slept peacefully. In addition, the so-called front desk sounds like a part-time job with a beauty salon in the building, and no one was there when I went to store my luggage. The hassle of going upstairs and downstairs... not professional and formal at all. Very bad experience
