Non-smoking room was created on the fly for us. Consequently the smell of smoke lingered on in the room. Service was extremely prompt. The person taking care of our laubdry ran up the stairs faster than me. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Limited English language capabilities.

I have never given a bad review to a hotel. This is really shocking. First of all, the soundproofing of the whole building is ridiculously poor. I can hear the normal volume of the conversation between men and women upstairs. Not to mention the soundproofing in the corridor. I was woken up at 6:50 and kept hearing all kinds of sounds: the sound of loud doors slamming, the sound of intercoms, laughter, and the sound of children shouting. It was so loud that I thought someone was standing at the head of my bed. The sound continued until 11 o'clock. I was scared awake countless times during this period. It's not so noisy even if you live in a construction site. Secondly, the hair dryer is not working, so I asked the staff to change it. The auntie who came at the door didn't ask a question and walked into the room. She was not professional at all and didn't care about personal privacy at all. Finally, the room was in a mess. There were melon seed shells left on the carpet. The toiletries were a small bottle, which was pitifully small. The TV in the room was so slow. I have never seen such slow Wi-Fi. It's already the 21st century. It's too bad. Don't stay here. Run away, family members.
