Such a lovely and peaceful stay! The staff were incredibly accommodating and nice. I stayed in a bungalow for only one night and got lots of relaxation. The room even had a TV. I checked out at 4:45 am and the staff offered to call me a tuk tuk and arranged coffee for me. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a more introverted, peaceful stay!

I booked this hotel at the beginning, and received a check-in notice from trip.com the day before check-in, but I did not receive a change notice from trip.com until 4:00 pm on the day of check-in, saying that there is no four-person family in the annex building apartment I booked room, told me to check into another hotel far away, then I got the same email at 5:00pm and 8:00pm. In the Philippines, I bought two different phone cards, but there was no Internet, so I couldn’t receive the phone call and email notification of the change when I checked in at 4:22 in the afternoon. The hotel said that our room was sold out and arranged for another two rooms For us, the quality of the room is very poor, and there is a room with bunk beds. We did not agree to check in and asked for a refund. The manager refused because she said that she had notified trip.com, and there were quarrels during the process. We felt cheated , almost called the police, and when there was no telephone network and the hotel refused to refund, we had to stay in another nearby hotel arranged by the hotel. The quality was also poor, but there was no other way, because there was no other nearby The hotel is gone, and we don’t have the internet to find other hotels and call cars. After all, it was raining at that time, and we were dragging so much luggage. We were unfamiliar with life, and it was getting dark again. There were two elderly people among the four of us, so I was worried. Public security issues, so I was really helpless and very angry. After returning to Hong Kong, I called trip.com. The customer service was very irresponsible at first, but after I said I would complain to the Consumer Council, I admitted that it was all trip.com's own fault, not the hotel's. In fact, it is no wonder that the hotel manager is so angry, because she has already notified trip.com. In fact, the service attitude of the waiters in this hotel and the nearby hotel where I finally stayed is also very good. It’s just that trip.com sent me a check-in confirmation the day before check-in, can I change the guest’s hotel temporarily? If the guest's hotel is changed, can the guest be notified after the check-in time has elapsed? 4:00pm, 5:00pm, and 8:00pm change email notifications, does that make sense? It's just like a notification, which was later used by the customer service as an excuse to help us as much as possible. Then why didn't you inform us earlier when you received the notice from the hotel earlier? Since the hotel notified trip.com early in the morning that the room was sold out, why did trip.com send me a confirmation email the night before check-in? There are many tourists, young and old, and the family is out of town. You suddenly change the hotel of the hotel, and the itinerary of the hotel is also affected. If there is any loss (such as loss of time or loss of work), who will bear it? If our family, young and old, encountered any danger or accident while we were forced to transfer to a hotel, who should be responsible? Trip.com changed our hotel, who should be responsible for the transportation? I hope that the staff and customer service of trip.com will consider the helplessness of passengers in other places and take more responsibility. I also hope that trip.com can provide effective guidance and training to the staff and hire some more responsible staff and customer service.

We had a wonderful and cozy stay at Natura Vista. 1 minute from the beach, with a landscape of coconut trees and a beautiful sunset. We had a great experience, and a special highlight for the jacuzzi, which is incredible. The breakfast was simply delicious. We also took the opportunity to have our meals in the hotel's own restaurant, which made things much easier and the food was great! 🤤

Lovely design, comfortable rooms, good ac , wifi not bad but sometimes connection is unstable, shower is not hot, was power shortage once (in 3 days) The staff is very helpful (advisory for local activities, helpful with communication with other hotels/resorts , luggage care. I highly recommend to order chicken soup, it's incredibly delicious!

It is a beautiful and charming hotel with an original, round swimming pool. There are a lot of nice decorations and mottos, I like the style very much. The room is rather simple and the shared bathroom ok. The common space is nice with places to sit and hammocks to hang in. Everyting is good here except the kitchen service. The first night we wait for dinner for an hour and a half (!) and it's just shrimps and the next day pinakbet is poor. For breakfast we have a greasy omelette. They have a note they serve coffee with a free biscuit and beer with free nuts which is not true, the snacks are not available. There are no eating options in the village. The beach is nice but nothing special. There are no shops nearby.

Best decision for my solo trip!!! My trip to Bohol was a spontaneous decision and I literally planned it around what Natura Vista could offer because I only had 4 full days after accounting for travel time. I enjoyed all the tours and the staff REALLY made me feel at home. Thank you for the amazing beach dinner for one. And thank you for the birthday surprise and the handmade bouquet. Shout-out to Hope, Joyce, Ellen, Ella, Marjorie, Mericel, Mae, (and a few staff whom I didn't manage to get their names); Melda, Jimson and last but not least Chef Darcy who crafted my meals!!! Thank you for the hospitality 🙏🏼✨❤️

The best eco-friendly hotel in Dauis, Bohol. The place is so gorgeous, very Instagram-mable. Their staff are friendly and very accommodating. This hotel will give you a legit provincial vibe. I love everything about this place. We'll never regret that we waited for 2 years (we're supposed to be here in 2020 but the pandemic struck) just to be here.

Some of the restroom equipment was showing wear and furniture had termite damage.

Just want to say how wonderful the Natura Vista is, staff are professional and well organized and the place has a wonderful relaxed and island type feel - perfect for the location. We booked several rooms, for 4 nights; there were 21 of us, several family groups. The rooms were well appointed, everything worked as described, the personal nice touches, such as treats, folded towels were also sweet. Everyone loved the place and it was so nice next to the beach, plenty to do around the location. Price was fantastic, really was a perfect experience and it complimented to destination so well. Its character really does make this a unique location worthy of a five star rating. Would highly recommend, Thank you everyone at Natura Vista for making this a wonderful visit.

Everything's amazing! The place, the food and especially the service of the staffs. They were all understanding and very kind. They always served everything with smile. We were all very comfortable with the place. Good for family outing our couple!!!! It was indeed a memorable honeymoon and / family bonding. ~Gema!
