Kieth and Al were exceptional, respectful, and genuinely fun hosts and I would happily come back just for them! The hotel staff all around was happy to accommodate all of our businesses requests, no matter how small or large, and Rob was a genuine treasure to work with. I cannot wait to come back again for our next work event!

Everything was great about our stay here! Our room was comfortable, clean, and updated. We arrived around 6pm and were delighted to find out that they served ”dinnertime snacks.” Snacks? It was dinner with chicken alfredo, salad, fresh veggies, hot dogs, chili and more! The last thing I wanted to do after driving all day was to have to deal with dinner so this was a delightful surprise that really hit the spot. Their taco night was not quite as good but not bad either. They also had complimentary drinks for those over 21—another delightful surprise! Breakfast was hot and cold and was a satisfying start to the day. The temperature of the pool was very pleasant though it was rather crowded. We coincidentally arrived the day before Labor Day so there were LOTS of kids swimming that night. We stayed Monday night too and we were the only ones there so that was great! We would stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A downtown location can be tough, but they did a good job here. Good location, easy to find, and a couple of restaurants and bars nearby. Our front desk experience was good both on check-in and check-out. Very friendly staff. We were placed in room 618 and it was very quiet. The room was clean, carpeted, and very tidy. While the pull-out couch was not very comfortable, it did have a bit of a unique design where one end was kind of like a chair. The room had ample plugs and USB ports, the blackout curtains were decent, and the bed very comfortable. Due to the configuration of the room, there were two flat screens, and the desk as a movable table that could be repositioned. Bathroom was very clean and we had more than enough towels. The coffee station was decent and the small refrigerator was a nice plus. Morning breakfast was standard fare - eggs, sausage patties, waffles, some cereals, yogurt, and fruit (though the bananas were very, very green, difficult to gauge, but that was very under-ripe.) The only downside is that the parking is not directly attached to the hotel and it is an outside walk of about 100 feet to get from the garage to the hotel.

Decent place to sleep, but lots of misses across the board. We arrived to check in and waited for 15 min for a person to come back to the front desk. We understand the front desk sometimes needs to run things around, but she seemed more annoyed to find people waiting at the desk, rather than apologetic. We were given a handicapped room without requesting. This basically gave us NO counter space in the bathroom to work with. There would have been adequate space if they had extended the vanity a bit. I thought it odd that the room had a regular bath tub. If you truly struggled with mobility, a shower is so much easier to get in and out of. The bed was pretty comfortable. They also cleaned the room every day, which was nice. The only problem with housekeeping was that they sometimes forgot to give us back clean towels when they took ours. It was also not too much cleaning and more just making the bed, taking trash, and changing out towels. The bathroom got pretty dirty over the 5 nights we were there. It is still nice to actually get housekeeping again. The AC/heater seemed to reset so room got a bit stuffy. Bath towels were small too, except one day they were a good size (when we didn't have you ask them to bring us towels back). The hotel breakfast was NOT good! They had biscuits and gravy EVERY day, usually with eggs and sausage, except for one pre-made omelet day. If you don't like that, you were out of luck. I tried toast once but bread was rather stale. Usually they were out of things, like oatmeal or coffee. I've never seen a free breakfast with so little to offer and so many days with same exact menu. We actually chose to skip it 4 out if 5 days. I wouldn't count on it as an amenity. The hotel was a decent place to lay our heads at night, but could be a lot better.

The location is close to the airport and there is a Fujian buffet around.
