Sea Club IV

We have stayed at Sea Club IV several times and are never disappointed. We are already planning our next visit. Every unit has a great ocean view, and sunrises are always amazing. The units are well appointed, and the towel exchange is easy and accessible. Because the resort is smaller, we weren’t battling crowds of people. The beach there is beautiful and perfect for walking, bike riding, or swimming. The location in Daytona Beach Shores is also a plus as it has easy access to stores, restaurants, and the mainland.

The resort was amazing! True to the pictures. Very spacious and modern. Within walking distance to several restaurants. We were there in August so there wasn't as much to do in the summer. It was however within a couple hours of many great places. Vail was only a short drive and was a great place to visit. If you sky it would be a great place to be in the Winter. The staff was very pleasand and helpful to all of our needs. Would highly recommend.

I am an owner and so disappointed in the repair progress and management. 18 months and we have a wall roof and pavers. No pool week 27 28 and the last day of week 29 at pool after 5 pm. Hope some changes are in the works. Daydrie and Roy our maintenance man great. They make your time at sea club the best they can do. The sunrises are beautiful and summer storms are something to watch. On week 28 there are around 30 of our friends and family. Unfortunately this year no pool so the kids had to stay on the beach and make their own swimming pool in the sand. High tide would fill up the pond they built. They had fun but missed the pool.

Kitchen is weird walk around A big post to the right to get to the stove, Walk around the post the other direction to get to the sink. If you have the closet door open you cannot enter the kitchen. If you have the dishwasher open, you cannot enter the kitchen. If the dishwasher is open the kitchen sink. The pool was being rebuilt, there was no access to the beach while we were there. Both of those should be remedy in the next few days, though as they finish repairs after the hurricane from a couple years ago. The apartment was large and spacious, the furniture was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony was right over the beach and huge. The paint on the floor is peeling up and would stick to your feet when you walked into the apartment. Had to put a towel in front of the door to wipe the paint off of our feet Or the apartment would be filled with blue paint chips. All in all the inconvenience of the pool not being available and no beach access would not keep me from coming back

Ck in a breeze, helpful and kind staff rooms very nice size except for kitchen but equipped with everything queen murphy bed and king bed nice and firm all units face ocean only one elevator Mother daughter week together Couldn't have been better Priceless

The resort is fairly small, well kept and quiet. All staff were incredibly friendly. Wonderful location. The elevator broke just prior to our arrival. They had arranged for someone to take our bags to the room. The hotel is located right on the beach. We went to sleep hearing the lovely sounds of waves and shore birds.

The rooms weren’t very clean. You could see the black dirt buildup in the corners of the bathroom. The wooden doors between the rooms were not working. The ice maker didn’t work. The pool wasn’t working and no access to the beach and wasn’t given an option to use another pool at another hotel. I went to do my laundry and it was out of order and my room key didn’t open the laundry room on the 5th floor. I saw several different areas where the paint was peeling with the balcony being one of them, where the paint was peeling like a hole underneath or dent. Not sure how safe that balcony was standing on it. They charged $50.00 for using their sheets was told we should have washed them ourselves. I have never been in a hotel that has charged me that before. Spoke with manager and she said she will not refund my money. I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Very roomy (although kitchen area is snug). Clean. Every room here has an option view. Able to get to Kennedy Space Center and St Augistene for day trips. FYI, Biketober Fest the third weekend in Oct. No pool or beach access since late 2022 hurricanes, minus one star. Hopefully those repairs will be done the next time we come.

Furniture was uncomfortable. Patio was very small. Floor was slick, they came to reclean it. Floor was still dirty, my white socks showed it. We were just unhappy with whole time we were there. The Mother/Daughter at check-unhappy experience in were great
