La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oceanfront Daytona Beach

Location was perfect for what we needed. The pool was nice and access to the beach was perfect. The staff was less than inviting and some were just rude. The rooms were good sized but HOT. Needed to buy a fan to sleep. The AC units do not work as they should. The fan in the bathroom does not do it’s job. Had to shower with the door open to breath. The doors do not seal thus allowing even more hot air into an already hot room. If my room had not been prepaid I would of left after the first night. We were miserable trying to sleep. This LqQuinta does NOT live up to the many I have stayed in over the years. Very Disappointed!

Service was amazing, hotel definitely in need of proper repair and restoration.

Hotel is just ok. Somewhat underwhelming. Checking time 3pm,couldn't check in until 5pm. Room floor was mopped but still made your feet dirty. Property has been repaired since hurricanes but it's just a very old hotel that will NEVER be a 30000 Wyndham reward point hotel. Mid range hotel stay at best but not terrible place to stay for a night,just need more care and maintenance.

The room was nice. I had a two bed split room. The beds are very uncomfortable unless your use to sleeping on a hard bed. The parking lot is very small so if you have a big vehicle good luck. They only allow one car per room, so if you have an additional car you have to find paid parking somewhere else.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool and deck. Love that it is pet friendly also. Would definitely return.

Pull out bed was practically unusable. Photos of property do not accurately represent property. Mattress was poor. A broom in the room would be nice because of beach sand and housekeeping only coming every other day.

Nice facility

I have nothing but the absolute best things to say about this hotel. We rented the suite with the mini kitchenette, 2 queen beds along with a sofa bed. The beds were comfortable. Linens and room stayed clean. Breakfast was very good. Pool was so great for our small children. Beach access is not a hassle. Pool stayed clean. Hotel itself stayed clean. Because of our such great experience this will be our first choice of booking! We were so pleased with every detail! Location is great as well! Near the boardwalk, bars, and plenty of shops and Restaurants around!

This was the first please I stayed were the housekeeper mopped the floor. Our room was clean. The price was great for a budget friendly hotel. Right on the beach a few steps from the room. They offered a breakfast of waffles, eggs, sausage, briskets and gravy, toast, bagels, juice and coffee.
