Beginning to end and in between was exceptional! From reservation, check in, ROOM was awesome, breakfast, checkout, parking in lighted areas, hotel was very clean and refreshing. Staff was helpful and friendly! Will definitely stay again if need arises.

Hotel has clean rooms and bathrooms, free breakfast, friendly employees, easy check in and easy check out and best of all, a good night’s sleep. The hotel also has an exercise room and an indoor swimming pool.

Management is good. Just minutes away from food and other stores. Has a walk in clinic a block away. Can get into and around southeast Houston quickly and easily from here. Has bar b que area available also.

When I arrived to the la Quinta I was checked in quite quickly . I then went to my room only to smell this awful odor and then no elevator for us to use . So it took me a little extra time to get up and down to lobby to catch my rides .

It was a very pleasant stay as we were there to collection for The Women’s Chorus of Dallas silent auction. Fast turnaround to get back to Dallas. My cousin recommended your hotel and we were very glad he did.

This was 2nd time staying in this facility. We came back due to high quality of hotel and good price range. Staff is super friendly and the facility is clean and safe. The area is easy to get to. Very clean. Great breakfast.

Receptionist at the lobby was courteous and helpful. The accommodations were great. The room was clean and even smelled clean. The location was perfect for our need. I recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Several areas from check in date being wrong and my card being charged to the day of check out. Breakfast bar food was NOT up to par and kept warm not hot. Rooms held Oder. Rooms had damp carpets and a shower head not working. Side entry door had very strong weird Oder at entry point hallway. Mattress unleavened so two people could not sleep in one queen bed. Laundry room, had machines that did not work properly. Out of order signage only on one machine when all of them needed to be put out of order!!! The negatives of this visit goes on!!! We’ve used this hotel in the past, thought it would be OK to use again… it was not!!!

The hotel was extremely clean. The manager, Sam, was always there to ensure you are happy with your stay. It was probably the most well kept hotel I've stayed in. Maintenance was obviously a priority. The bed was very comfortable with many pillows. The bathroom was very clean and had plenty of towels. I highly recommend this hotel.
