Even after paying for a four star hotel with great reviews, you can get a terrible experience! instead of buffet breakfast they have a simple menu an ala carte. Surprsing. Water wont be served, you have to ask or get it yourself. The staff arent mindful if some other customer is needing any help. You can shout or go to them for anything yoh need. The front desk said they will org-anise am extra bed at 9pm. But forgot to inform their staff. It was not organised. When asked about what kind of room this is, the receptionist said this is what we booked and it cant be changed. I didnt even ask for a change of room. Wonder what made her so. They took an order at 6pm. At 9pm their staff comes and said he wants to confirm the order as its not available inside the hotel (this is for a sick kid. The staff wont even close the door when they get out of the room. Strange habit, which hospitality school teaches this? the water kettle is worn out. The wood under the mirror in the washroom fell off when we touch (soap or anything there. Scared my kids.

Rooms were clean and cozy, food was good as well. The staff was very enthusiastic. I would like to recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel near the airport.

Bathrooms are old and AC not working properly. The food and breakfast also not upto the quality. Overall not good place to stay. O ly good part It is close to airpot

Hotel staaf was good but the room was having a bad smell and it was non smoking room but seems like it haad bee smoking room because smell of cigarettes was everywhere and most off all the dining area if you including breakfast in room selection than it should be worth it

Property is very near to airport but not maintained properly. Booked a big room but ac was not cooling so after lot of hot discuss with staff was shifted to smaller room. I think these kind of hotels do not pay attention to guest booking room through makemytrip. Also at billing desk there was least cooperation. I tool very long time to convince hotel staff to give me a bill. Overall a very poor experience.

Hii…hotel room was not at all maintained well…floor was having dirt at sides of tiles, all over the curtains and on furnitures…sofa chairs kept in room were having dirt stains all over it…handles of taps in washroom were corroded..glass on the side of wall were not at all clean…all together it was a terrible stay for me…rooms i have stayed prior for per night were excellent and far better maintained compared to padmini palace..totally disappointed with the stay. You can clearly see the condition of tiles and curtians and dirt all over edges. Look at the mirror

Need renovation for rooms and bathrooms. Room size are good but door and ac not working properly. Good ambience but need to upgrade rooms
