Even after paying for a four star hotel with great reviews, you can get a terrible experience! instead of buffet breakfast they have a simple menu an ala carte. Surprsing. Water wont be served, you have to ask or get it yourself. The staff arent mindful if some other customer is needing any help. You can shout or go to them for anything yoh need. The front desk said they will org-anise am extra bed at 9pm. But forgot to inform their staff. It was not organised. When asked about what kind of room this is, the receptionist said this is what we booked and it cant be changed. I didnt even ask for a change of room. Wonder what made her so. They took an order at 6pm. At 9pm their staff comes and said he wants to confirm the order as its not available inside the hotel (this is for a sick kid. The staff wont even close the door when they get out of the room. Strange habit, which hospitality school teaches this? the water kettle is worn out. The wood under the mirror in the washroom fell off when we touch (soap or anything there. Scared my kids.
