We got a call from property to ask time of arrival. I informed that we would come around 4pm. As the address mentioned and location map provided in the mail, we reached easily at property at 4. 45pm. Security guard guided us to park the vehicle and indicated way to reception. At reception, we were informed that room is not ready due to late check inn, and it would take 30-40 minute. We waited and asked for welcome drink (as mentioned in our booking but denied by him, then asked for high tea (as it was 5pm time, the same also denied. He told that this is only mentioned in bookings, but we don't provide such factifies. After waiting 45 minutes, we were shown to the room (as only receptionist was there, he took some of our luggage and remaining were carried by us, the room no. 404 had seepage patches on common wall of toilet and bedroom (wall on which, bed touching) and foul smell in toilet. Garbage was also present in front side of room. Other room (occupied by other guest with same date of check out but luggage present) was opened with master key and told to wait for further 45-60 minutes for checking out and preparing the room. We left the property without staying there due to all this.
