Hotel Ndbl Inn

Terrible. Dirty linen, ACs don’t function well,they sent me boiling hot water for drinking,as their refrigerator was not working. No toiletries given, except for a small soap. Staff non-cooperative, kept on calling them, no response. And for all this I was charged Rs. 2k per night for 2 persons without breakfast.Think twice when you book this!

Pillow cases and blankets were not clean,the window showen in pictures is not provided. The stuff polite, but confused. The hotel is located near to the Gat for Aarti. We were told that in Risikes maybe are better hotels

The hotel is just about an budget hotel with very basic amenities. The rooms are not very clean just about average. Although the lobby is grand, there are hardly any service people around. There are better hotels available in Haridwar than NDBL. Avoid

Dirty, not functioning, no wifi, unfriendly, disgusting, uncomfortable, loud, worst case!!! Don't go!! The manager obviously tries to ruin this hotel as fast as possible. You have to pay cash in advance!!!! Don't!

You’ll be sadly surprised on many counts. The queen or king room, or whatever else they call to sell, are all same size small rooms. Bad dingy rooms, dirty bathrooms and non-existent restaurant. But surprising to see they have great ratings. They have somehow managed the ratings. - Address of property is misleading. It’s no where close to Har ki paudi but it’s quite far at bhupatwala, Bhimgoda. - All rooms are small dingy and smelly. The person on reception himself acts surprised when you tell him I’ve booked king room or a large room. Its just marketing gimmick - They’ve managed ratings on many websites. Don’t be fooled by that high rating - Restaurant is non existent, the space is there but hardly any customer seen. I’ve only seen it’s own people sitting and eating occasionally. Dirty kitchen is as dirty as it can get

This is a nice property with good infra (beautifully built hotel) and equipments (Jaguar fittings, bluestar AC setup, etc.) but the management is simply pathetic. The property is so poorly managed that you will regret getting a room there even at cheapest rates. Cons: 1. Hotel has 30+ rooms and for power backup only a manual genset which doesn't provide any support for AC at all. With haridwar being overcrowded in peak season, guests have to spend entire night without AC And even that genset keeps on tripping every 30 mins so no fan during that time as well 2. Watertank is either getting emptied pretty soon or water pressure is pretty low adding to ordeal further 3. Bedsheets and duvets were claimed to be clean by staff but have huge spots on them leading to hygiene questions 4. Lift is available but again it's working condition is unpredictable, it can break down any time of day 5. TV was available but settop box recharge is expired so of no use. 6. Got to know from some fellow guests that their AC's are not cooling as expected because of huge dirt settlement on front filter (looks not been cleaned from months) 7. Staff is sweet talking but not at all helpful or cooperative & least bothered about customer satisfaction Please do not be blinded by the looks of this property, I had a pathetic stay with 20 other families in the hotel. They are not at all prepared to handle guest volumes and least bothered about customers.
