property location is very good as it is road side and easily approachable. Food part is good, but room service or providing consumables is not up to the mark.

Dirty, used and unclean, unhygienic linen, bed covers quilts as one photo uploaded. Room ants infested. Door nobs faults. No bath soap or shampoo. No kettle in room.

Full of pests, no cleanliness, they even had the worst management. We left the hotel at midnight as we suddenly woke up with pests all around the bed, us, the floor, everywhere. The windows were closed and the ac was turned on.

Location was decent, staff was not trained. Staff lacked basic etiquettes like knocking the door before coming in the room. Food was also not good. Kitchen was not hygienic.
