There are very less restaurants for vegetarian people and also transport facility was also not so good. The service of the hotel people was good but the food was not enough to satisfy a person's need according to bill

Comfortable stay in Hyatt centric dehradun . Everything was good during are stay . Love to eat aloo ki sabji with kuttu ki roti . Thanks too Manpreet attending very well during breakfast or dinner . In room service thanks to returaj taking care of our food at lunch time . Front desk retu nice attending always positive attitude .

The property is good, the terrace view was owsome. Cleanliness and hygiene was maintained everywhere. Good option to go for. Staff is polite and helpful. Absolutely fabulous hotel.staff Deepika and Anjali are very cooperative and polite. Night person is very kind. All staff is friendly. Recommended to all my friends.

Visited dehradun four times, but this best time we had by selecting this hotel from staff to food all was good.

This what I can relate to, when I think of Hotel Sundar Palace. Have tried their Chinese dishes several times & I must say that they are delicious & immensely flavourful. This is what I have munched on :- Starters. 1. Mushroom Cabana. A highly recommended starter. Mushroom with a flavourful filling, covered with crums, fried & served erected with a tooth pick. Perfect veg snack. 2. Fish Fingers. Crunchy & delicious, served with mayo. Heavenly indeed. Main Course. 1. Chilli Chicken Dry. Extremely flavourful with adequate portion size. Delicious indeed. Highly recommended. 2. Schezwan Fish. Little bit Spicy 🔥 & very tasty. Portion size is humungous. They use just the right ingredients including capsicum, spring onions etc. Absolutely worth it. 3. Chilly Garlic Noodles. Pretty decent. Perfectly cooked with varied veggies. Variety of Noodles used could me more thin though. Good serving size. A highly recommended place for dine in. You would love the food here.

I stayed here with family. This is a very overpriced hotel, basis room quality and service quality. We left dissatisfied. This hotel is located next to the Cygnet hotel which is far superior at a lesser price. The hotel has no restaurant. We had to go to the Cygnet hotel next door for our dinner. The lift is small. The room is small. The bed linen and towels require improvement. Room cleanliness requires improvement. Storage space for luggage and clothes is inadequate. We paid for breakfast included room, but what we got at 8.00 am were only 3 triangles of bread-butter sandwiches for TWO persons, a couple of eggs for each person and a cup each of substandard tea /coffee. Our prior request for fruits was turned down. The window looked into the hotel next door and we couldn't open the curtains for reasons of privacy. The lift malfunctioned many times. The staff were indifferent. There seemed to be no supervision or management. The staff do what they please. Not at all recommended.
