Customer service is horrible

Short stay but very comfortable. Check in was fast and easy. Great customer service even though we checked in at night. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast the next morning. Would definitely stay again when we are in the area. Indoor pool but didn’t get to use it. Next time !

I stayed here for a week in August 2019 and enjoyed my stay. Rooms have exterior doors to the outside which I prefer since I usually carry a lot of stuff with me when I travel and makes it much easier to unload my car. I got a king bed room and it was very spacious and the bathroom area had a wide counter so plenty of space to put toiletries and such. The shower always had very hot water in the morning. There is a mini-fridge that worked well. The cable TV selection is very good with some movie channels included. The WiFi was very fast at around 50 Mbps and reliable. There is free breakfast in the lobby every morning and you can enjoy your own self-made waffles. Also scrambled eggs and bacon, too. The pool looked clean and refreshing but I didnt have any time to take a dip, and I was surprised on hot days there were no people enjoying it. The front office staff is very helpful. I noticed at night there was no shady people walking around and the cops did patrol the place occasionally.

I booked a room at the RedRoof Inn in Atlanta. I think is they tryed to change my card $50 to hold the room but I booked it online on the app and it gave me the option to pay now or pay when check in it. I did pay when I checked in so when they didn't get the $50 I called them to check on my reservation and I have the confirmation number and everything so I ask About my room Robert said yea they charge your card that's on file to see if it's active but if I choose to pay at check in y u trying to run my card I saved he many times and never had that happen so he yea they doing it no.. So iam like y yall don't put that on the website.. So i said ok fine. $50 to hold the Room and pay the rest when I get there... So iam comeing from Charlotte North Carolina 3-4 hour drive....

Amazing service very clean employees are wonderful very helpful and manager has beautiful personality very very sweet and tries to make your stay comfortable as possible, makes sure u have a smile on your face when u leave out the hotel my favorite hotel I can say i only will b coming to this hotel when i need to get one !

The hotel is very good, good value for money, very convenient to travel, good environment, big room, very quiet. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and the hotel offers free water and coffee 24 hours a day.

In the suburbs, but there are places around the supermarket to eat and refuel, self-driving is more convenient, the hotel provides free parking. Hotel service staff are mostly black, and the service details have yet to be improved. It feels like a relatively high-end domestic hotel, which is less than 4 stars.

Upon arrival we discovered per a sign at the front desk the pool was closed for repairs. It being summer in GA and having 3 kids to entertain, we were dissappointed we couldn't take a refreshing swim to cool off during our downtime. The front desk did call another Hampton Inn 10 minutes down the road to make arrangements for us to use their pool. We never made it there due to bad weather, etc. Also our room smelled musty, there were areas where the carpet was falling apart (a reoccuring them throughout the hotel) and our room door kept sticking. You really had to give it a good push or pull to get it to open. Carpets and floors visibly dirty. On a good note, the beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. We also liked (and took advantage of) the full sized refrigerator in our room. There's a Publix across the street.

Six cars broken into (one stolen) in the hotel's unsecured garage- but no apology and a terrible example of how to handle customers who have incurred thousands in damage, missed flights etc... I paid $1,530 for six nights at the property. But, when I asked for some type of compensation for our cars being broken into (incurring more than $1,000 in damage and a missed flight) after already having paid $1,530 for our stay at the property, the verbatim response was, ”We don't owe you anything. You park in our garage at your own risk. We are doing you a favor by even offering to give you points for one free night.” Wow- so I should be grateful for one free night after I paid for six nights and had my car broken into and damaged in your unsecured parking garage. Thank you so much for your overwhelming generosity, caring, and understanding in a very stressful situation... Summary: 1) We pre-booked two stays in a row- two nights (non-refundable) at the hotel May 14-16 and 4 nights (non-refundable) at the hotel May 20-24. Total cost to us $1,530 for 6 nights. 2) Multiple cars (including mine) were broken into in the hotel parking garage early on the morning of May 16. The broken car window and interior damage to my car cost me over $1,000. It also caused me to miss my flight that morning because of having to file police reports, insurance claims, and securing the car itself which had no side window left. 3) No one from the hotel staff ever actually apologized about it. 4) I told the front desk manager (Jordan) to please have the corporate office for the hotel call me to discuss the situation in more detail. 5) Jordan (front desk manager) offered me points for a one night stay at the property. Frankly, given the circumstances, I think both of my first two nights (May 14-16) should have been comped which is why I wanted to discuss this more with the corporate office and not while I was rushing to get a police report filed, insurance filed, and trying to catch a flight. 6) I arrived back at the hotel on May 20th for the second part of my stay. Still, no one from the corporate office had called me, and the points for a one night stay were still not credited to my account. 7) Wednesday, May 22 at noon, I went to the front desk to speak to the manager (Chase) about why no one from the corporate office had called me and why the points had not been credited for a one night stay. Chase was unaware of my request for the corporate office to call me, nor of the points for a one night stay being offered to me. Chase said he would look into it. 8) Wednesday night 10pm, still no one has called me and still no points. So, I left a note at the front desk asking for Chase/Jordan to call me to discuss the situation before I checked out in the morning. 9) Thursday morning comes- still no one called me and still no points for the promised one night stay as compensation for my car being broken into. I go to the front desk, and Jordan i
