Hotel Indigo San Diego Del Mar

Perfect location and views. Restaurant on site had amazing food!

Stayed for work 8/5-8/9. Someone ate and drank in the bar under my name and room number. They signed my name. I never set foot in that bar. I called; they removed the charge. Next month, 9/4 the charge appeared on my card again. I called and asked why it re-appeared. Staff was rude saying "It was you. We have your signature" I explained again that it was not me, and that was not my signature. I was told the manager would contact me to resolve the issue. They never did. I called corporate and opened a case file. Called back to check on the case. they had closed it saying that the general manager contacted me. I NEVER spoke with anyone. They reopened the case. Supposedly the GM is actually going to call me this time. I'm not holding my breath. I hope that this $31 was worth losing Northrop Grumman business travel. Future travelers will be warned to stay away from this property.

Love the environment, walked to all the shops and food down the street. Perfect location and cozy room. Loved staying here.

Great location in Del Mar, close to the beach. We had an ocean view and were right next to the pool. Love the convenience of parking and easy to get in and out. Check in was great-Van was helpful and friendly. This is our 2nd time staying here and we would definitely stay again.

They gave me a room number that was already booked. When I tried to enter my room there was someone inside sleeping in there. Terrible service

This hotel is the worst Indgo hotel i have ever visited. During checkin there is no recognition for being a Diamond IHG member. I had to ask for the breakfast vouchers. Not a very warm welcome in general and no pleasant check i experience overall.( they could not care less) The room needs definitely updates, it's old . The AC makes so much noise you cant have it on at night, so does the fridge. The WIFI is terribly slow so you cannot make a zoom call from the room. The rooms are not being cleaned or towels replaced, until you ask for this "Hotel policy". ( for average of $350!! a night)The pool is not very clean. The only thing which stands out, are the friendly people at the bar and restaurant. All in all, i was not sure if i wanted to book this, based on past reviews, but unfortunately i did, and now absolutely regret it. I will definitely never come back here!!

Great hotel on the ocean!

Spa was excellent. Kelly and Silvia were outstanding for a couples massage and the ambiance was wonderful. Tracy and Dee checked us in and were so courteous. It was a great anniversary date day! After our massage, we were treated to mimosas, tea, water, and snacks.
