No laundry room available. Had to turn off the shower and get another room because front office said water was leaking to their front office due to a pipe issue. Only good thing was they have vending machines and indoor pool. However, pool needs a cleaning. Also, the have a 150 hold fee that was never mentioned prior to my arrival and its hot with no ac in the lobby. Not worth the price too many inconveniences and lack of up keep.

I really enjoyed the breakfast because green chili was available. We slept OK. The hotel was not noisy. The room air conditioner was a little erratic than that no problems.

Remote didn’t work. Called the desk, no response. Walked down and desk clerk was on her phone. Told me to unplug the tv. I said that’s not the issue. Did it anyway. No impact. Went back down and now the clerk was more engaged. She said she’d come up. Came up a few minutes later with a new remote. It worked.

Mostly all the outlets did not work so it was hard to charge my phone. The front desk staff never picked up the phone. The dresser drawer was broken and wouldn't shut and would keep opening. The pool was nice.

It is not kept very clean. First room we received the air conditioner was not working. Front desk person was very rude. We were on second floor and there’s no elevator. Oh and trains!

Spacious room with a king size bed, full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, friendly staff - added bonus of a free breakfast and free hot drinks 24/7. Parking is directly outside the hotel - I'd stay again.
