Service is very poor i am waiting from an hour to check in because there is no staff at reception. No response

I am doing a golden triangle tour of India. I asked company to change my hotel and they picked this one. Great hotel. Nice friendly helpful staff. Food was yummy. Clean hotel. Thanks heaps for the breakfast u packed for me for the train this morning. Was great and very sweet.

Waste of money. Staffs are non corporative. Thry are strung at customrrs. There is a lady at reseption. She was asked for adress and she reverted thats not their job. Waste of money no hot water n. Nothing on location. This is just like a railway dormatory. Not neat at all. When get into the hotel it looks like a star. But inside its waste

We had a good staycation. We came to delhi for weekend staycation and found the property to be good. We travel-led as a couple. Hotel neat and clean. Room was neat and clean. The only drawback i found in the hotel was that hot water was not available in the bathroom 24*7

The hotel is of high quality and the staff are friendly. Good service, staff speak English. Sonam Mathur who works in the restaurant helped to explain what our food options were as there is a combination of Indian and European and offered us egg options that weren’t on display for breakfast. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels provided.

Good location but the service was bit poor, the room wasn’t ready even at the given check in time time.

Excellent location easy to approach parking availability is the key, as delhi hotels doesn’t have proper parking space they do, good food and nice hospitality

Day 1. Food was ordered it was with too much salt. Then two non veg club sandwiches were ordered. Finally we got one veg sandwich and we're told since it is 1030 pm this is what we can offer. We were hungry so we ate it with no other option. In the night the ac stopped working so after reminding them twice our room was changed. Finally when we went to sleep we were eaten by mosquitoes. The steward was told to get mineral water which never came. Day 2. After repeated request we got tea bags refill. Water was request at 3 pm which came at 5 pm after repeated calls to the reception. The room did not have it's own room key cards as they were non functional so we had to request for master key card repeatedly. Day 3. No hot water in wash room. Since we had to move out early we requested that hot water be provided. Reception said it will take 20 minutes. I said fine. After 20 minutes still no hot water. So cold water bath. The service of the hotel is pathetic. They are just not bothered. Make my trip is equally accountable. You charge money heads up and if basic amenities are not provided what action do you take to compensate the customer. It is high time accountability be fixed for poor services.
