It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed! The staff stole my money when I was out from hotel. When I came back and noticed it, I called the police, saw the camera proofing where it is seen that a person entered my room ( what is the purpose to enter my room at 1:47 am???) But the owner didn’t do any actions, didn’t return money or apologize This place is not safe! Never stop there!

A shabby hotel, with rather dilapidated rooms and a bathroom with nauseating smells coming up through the pipes. The photos on the sites are misleading. The balcony is a dump and faces a building under construction. It is terribly hot in the evening in the dining room. No air conditioning but a fan which apparently is ineffective. Poor value for money. Not to mention that you have to go up two floors with your suitcases and if you arrive late in the evening (after 9 p.m.)... no one to help you. The decor is dilapidated and damaged, the walls are crumbling, the switches only half work, etc. etc. Otherwise, the staff is smiling and ready to help.

We had best stay in bed and chai guesthouse. Good service helpful staff and tasty food. Everything was available. M block market is at walking distance. Good cafes also nearby. We took cooking class at guesthouse, which was so fun and chef explain every step with outmost details. Thank you

Alfred is een super lieve en begaande host die je alles kan vragen. De accommodatie is erg goed gelegen in een fijne groene omgeving. De Chai masala is er erg lekker.

Decent guest house and rooms, good for family/business/solo travellers located at prime location in south delhi, just to let know, the rooms are on 2nd floor and this guest house does not has lift, else its definitely worth a stay.

Great staff and decor in room. Rooftop is fully decorated. Food is also great home cooked meals are available at affordable price. It is a must booked property at good location near m block market . Thanks

I booked a room for 3769.92 INR but on checking in was charged 5152 INR. I realized I had been overcharged when I was checking out. They told me to take it up with *******, so I did. ******* said they had worked it out with the hotel and would process a refund. Later, however, ******* sent an email saying that the hotel said I had upgraded my room and so they would not honor the price I booked for. Someone is lying. I don't know if Bed & Chai upgraded my room, but I certainly did not request an upgrade. My only request was that the king bed be made up as two twins. I had repeated that request when checking in and was told it wasn't necessary because they had put me in a room with a king bed and two bunk beds. Then they charged me for an upgraded room, apparently.

This is a terrible place, not only did they cancelled my Agoda booking without any prior information they redirected me to pay from their own website. They basically convinced me to transfer the money directly into their account instead of booking online through a legit portal. The “superior room” that I booked isn’t worth even 500 rs in my opinion. The walls are cracked, the bathroom has no window , no ventilation. There’s one tiny rusted table that’s not good for anything If you need to get some work done. There’s dog poop and pre in the terrace and on the stairs. Absolute horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
