Good and polite services. Systems of house keeping is lacking, in the sense that we had to ask for clean sheets and towels on arrival as well as to clean the floors which were dusty. All in all a satisfactory stay.

No hot water for 2 days, we requested over and over but the boiler is probably broken and the staff insisted it’s on and working. Bathroom floor was full of hair when we checked in. Water tap is completely rusted and pieces come out of it. the room smells like heavy cigarettes and bed sheets don’t feet the bed and not clean. WiFi is not working properly and disconnects often. Today the hotel staff said “it’s Sunday so there is no WI-FI”. We are very upset with the property and ask to get a refund for the sty and the hotel manager refused
