Located in South Ex, it is a walking distance from the metro. Located in the residential area it is free from the hustle bustle of Paharganj. We were upgraded to a suite (free of cost) containing an additional very big (15x30ft) drawing dinning room with dining table, 3 + 3 sofa, TV (which did not work). The bed room had a big bed, working desk, chair and TV (which worked after repeated request). The bedroom had damps in many places. Our room included complementary breakfast. The breakfast was actually served in the room (dinning hall) containing some puri sabji and coffee. Quality of the breakfast was very below expectation. Room service was slow. Even at the time of departure at 10:30 in the morning, the guy at the reception could not provide us bill (hardcopy) since the manager was not present. The property is very big and they should maintain it properly.

No words to describe the costumer service, simple the best. All employees are kind and always helpful. Suites are extremely clean and comfy. Very grateful to all, skylink is the right place for anyone to stay. Awesome time here
