The property is third class and they are running not running Oyo townhouse and they are running the 3rd class hotel with very bed amenities and very bed staff, they will start afflecting you once you book the hotel from any online portal and when you are entering the hotel, they will denying the check In and ask you for extra amount and if you will not give them the extra amount then they will not give you the room or tell you to contact to Oyo customer care and they on customer that time if customer care person want to talk with hotel person then they will not talk with them In short if you choose this to hotel for check in then you will facing many problems like rooms amenities they will give you dirty pillow and blanket with blood spots and its smell like garbage so my suggestion is never go in this property.

Staff is very rude.. Never ever go if you are a couple they will insult you .. TV Don't work here.. Bedsheets and pillow have stains.. Outside food not allowed..They don't have room keys so you are responsible for your own loss

I have staying in Hotel Oyo town house 381 dilshad garden which is on good location but hotel front office staff specially a lady is very roughly nature this is not kind of front office behaviour....staff is not agreed to provide service that is really necessary in hotel like television etc. Most thing is that when i asked her about owner name she told I m the owner....... laughable...(Name - Aarti)
