The location of the hotel is great. Although it is a budget hotel, the rooms were of appropriate size. But the rooms could have been maintained better. The couch was covered in dust. The mini bar was put there for display only (not working, door not opening fully). Even the shower in the bathroom was broken. The check in process was not smooth as well. We were asked to wait as we reached there earlier than our check in time, which was understandable. But the guests who reached just 10-15 mins after us were given rooms. And on inquiring, we came to know that the rooms are all ready and empty and were still made to wait for 45-60 mins. The restaurant, in contrast, had good food. This hotel is a good place to stay if the management pays a little more attention to the maintenance.

We entered the property late and were led through a shady entrance. The deluxe room was very small and lacked peace. We could hear noises till 2 pm as our room was on the ground floor and the kitchen cooking smell entered our room all the time. At a partimes whne i closed the bathroom door, the exhaust fan cover fell off scaring me

The room service was excellent food is also very good staff behaviour was also very polite and they also provided taxi and tour services but the only thing i want to mention is that out two same room which we booked they provided us both different other room which was provided was very small

This is a terrible place, not only did they cancelled my Agoda booking without any prior information they redirected me to pay from their own website. They basically convinced me to transfer the money directly into their account instead of booking online through a legit portal. The “superior room” that I booked isn’t worth even 500 rs in my opinion. The walls are cracked, the bathroom has no window , no ventilation. There’s one tiny rusted table that’s not good for anything If you need to get some work done. There’s dog poop and pre in the terrace and on the stairs. Absolute horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Average hotel. The rooms and amenities are quite old, unlike your modern accommodations. Service was okay and receptionist was helpful. They had just put an unwashed bedsheet, duvet and pillow cover when we came in. The cushion beneath the cover looked like it had been thoroughly soiled in mud. We paid Rs 2500/night and got an executive room but it wasn't worth it, cheaper than surrounding hotels. Main selling point is its location 3-5min walk to Kamla Nagar market. If you could bear with unkempt hotels but well located , this is a good option.
