This Holiday Inn Express was dirty and disappointing from check in to check out. The room entry way was sticky, the carpet was unvacuumed, linens thin and grey, and bathroom floor had dirty foot prints. I requested the front desk clerk to please have someone clean the room and especially the sticky floor and vacuum the room. We left because we were on our way to a graduation celebration and thought request would be followed through. When we arrived back at the room, the floor was still sticky and crumbs were still on the carpet. I cleaned the entire room with clorox wipes. The next day we requested our room to be serviced with clean towels. The attendant removed the dirty towels and did not replace them until much later in the day (we were not in the room when they were replaced). The hand towels were replaced with used towels (or their laundry service is poorly managed as well). My total stay was over $700 for two nights, and we just noticed a $100 additional charge against my credit card. I prepaid the room.
