Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salisbury - Delmar

I like that it was easy to get. I did not like the towel/wash clothes - they were still dirty (not good)

Ac in room broken moved to 3 rd floor elevator broken in the morning offer no help to carry my things down lost my hat and &139 charger

We picked the Holiday Inn Express for a few reasons, but we knew we would have some down time and wanted to relax by the pool. When we got there and inquired about the pool, we were that the manager had left for another location and that the pool was not open. Then when I paid for the room, the price I was told or charged was $100.00 more then I was given by *******. The person at the front said that they charge that for incidentals and if there were no issues with the room that I would be refunded in about 14 days... UNEXCEPTABLE!

Hair in bathroom, AC made a very strange sound constantly

Room was average, walk in shower needed cleaned better. Our room did not have a remote to the TV or batteries in the smoke detector.

This Holiday Inn Express was dirty and disappointing from check in to check out. The room entry way was sticky, the carpet was unvacuumed, linens thin and grey, and bathroom floor had dirty foot prints. I requested the front desk clerk to please have someone clean the room and especially the sticky floor and vacuum the room. We left because we were on our way to a graduation celebration and thought request would be followed through. When we arrived back at the room, the floor was still sticky and crumbs were still on the carpet. I cleaned the entire room with clorox wipes. The next day we requested our room to be serviced with clean towels. The attendant removed the dirty towels and did not replace them until much later in the day (we were not in the room when they were replaced). The hand towels were replaced with used towels (or their laundry service is poorly managed as well). My total stay was over $700 for two nights, and we just noticed a $100 additional charge against my credit card. I prepaid the room.

The room was run down and dirty. For the amount of money charged this room / hotel it should have been at least above average overall. I like Holiday Inn Express so there are no surprises. This was an unpleasant stay in Salisbury, MD.
