The proprietress changed three rooms in a row on the first floor and finally found a room with normal hot water. The door lock of the first room was broken and could not be locked. The proprietress doesn't know about these issues. I think it is very likely that the occupancy rate of the rooms is relatively low, and few people live there. I was deceived by the reviews.
