The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport, and the room can be seen at a glance! When you check in, remember to bring all your daily necessities, because the ones provided are very unhygienic, it would be better to choose other hotels! Please monitor and check room to room before other customers enter. Lights (toilet/bathroom no lights and very dark), aircond (do service, wash filter, wipe to avoid dust), toilet/bathroom (crusted - not brushed clean), bed head (dusty), TV (can't in ON). An industrial motel close to the airport. One night maybe. It is a place to say that we could not sleep because the back of the room we stayed in was complete with air conditioner motors and there was not even a window in the room. Even this price is too much for this hotel.

Malaysia is a tropical country, all rooms must have air-conditioning, trip.com even provides rooms without air-conditioning. The Malaysian Consumer Act must allow customers to change services or cancel orders. Where did trip.com come from, power is more abusive and undemocratic than the government of this country. Go back to your country, don't come here to harm the tourists and ruin the reputation of the hotel here. I went to the hotel, the waiter said that the room can be changed, the problem is trip.com, not the hotel service.
